Thanks Stella. I interview people regularly so the only one I would disagree with is the one about 'weakness'. That answer could sabotage your interview because it makes the person look too single minded. Most jobs require you to juggle many responsibilities so focusing on one tHong only could be off-putting. A better response - I worry about lot about doing things perfectly BUT I'm learning to worry less and just do my best everytime
What you said is right, bank staff can be going through their system to solve a customer that is sitting opposite them and still answer the person standing and asking a questions.
Hello Bvs, I just got a job, but the pay is 50k for a masters holder. I don't want to accept it because it is too small. Do you guys think I should accept it?
Please I need replies, thanks . Stella love, please post.
Whenever I see these interview questions I just shake my head. Went for a teaching position, they called and sent an offer text to start two days after. A day to that day, another text came in,they have postponed resumption till today no break light from them. Phew!that is how I still found my self at home.
Hello Anon @11.28 So sorry but I'm not based in Nigeria If you are not doing this already - please look at other opportunities that are not strictly relevant to your qualifications. Keep your BIG dream alive BUT explore other options in the meantime Best of luck
It is me.. Anon 11:28, I am equally not based in Nigeria lol. I am already looking outside HR you know. Just keen on getting my feet into the industry first. So you really can't help me? Nothing? Pls :(
