ReplyDeleteShortness of breath (Dyspnea) has a lot of causes fa.
ReplyDeleteAnd what are you usually doing when this occurs? Because dyspnea occurs either at rest or when you're doing a particular activity or exercise. Does it occur gradually or all of a sudden?
Mine happens when it's excessively cold, if I work myself too hard,or I inhale really strong scents. That's because am asthmatic.
You should visit a hospital and find out the cause so it can be managed properly.
Sorry ko.
Any previous history of asthma or respiratory infections, chest pain, generalized body weakness, if no then it's most likely due to physical exertion but if yes visit a hospital for further check up.
ReplyDeleteBetter go and check your cholesterol level then confirm that your BP is ok before hitting the gym. If you no get money for gym, start doing road 30 mins-1 hour fast walk on the road before you graduate to jogging cos I suspect you are fat!
ReplyDeleteHahahahahaha @Anonymous 11:41 African remote control indeed!
ReplyDeletethe time used in sending this mail would be used in seeing a doctor.
