Hmmm i eat anything i see
ReplyDeleteZitel fresh PAP/Akamu sure pass. U don't even need to waste ur gas/kerosene.
DeleteWell cereal special k with vita milk, bananas and sliced apples.not too hungry
DeleteWaiting for inspiration from Mrs Roman
DeleteHome made, Jam doughnuts, green tea and grapes 😁
DeleteJokes apart- try boiling unripe plantain and spinach in fried eggs. With tea.
DeleteYam and 'hegg' too. Having spinach in eggs is a good way you have your greens.
Moin moin / Akara/ bean-porridge and pap.
Porridge yam/ porridge plantain and bushmeat for breakfast is my grandmas favorite.
That's about it oh....
Akara n bread.....
Delete@ chikito try boiling unripe plantain and spinach IN fried eggs......bloop bloop bloop!!! and you said you were brought up by teachers.
Delete*IN* because you slice the spinach and pour it into the broken eggs beat it and fry it. So it's IN.
DeleteThat said, it's good to know you people follow my comments. Since last week sunday I actually put up a half-shot picture of myself wearing what I bragged I wore to church, the 'liar' comments have reduced. Now you want to start picking on my English. You must be frustrated he/she goat. Following me as if I'm the reason you come to this blog. Well, I am glad to be a reason you read SDK. But guess what? I'm not a course you study and get certification for. So there will be no certification to help your jobless frustrated beggy-beggy life.
P.S: Won't be surprised if this is Camden town jelly 'butt' carer woman. Keep it coming. Haven't had some drama in a while.
No clue for this morning.

ReplyDeleteLocal foods that can pass as breakfast are eba, fufu and okro soup.

I can eat rice everyday
DeleteHow about Indomie?
ReplyDeleteIdiot...is indomie local food?
DeleteMumu, is indomie a continental food?
DeleteYou people do too much. Idiot because she asked a question?
DeleteWhat's all this bullying for? If you don't like her, ignore her.
Berry, indomie is processed food and isn't quite healthy. You can eat something more organic (natural).
I had bananas and peanuts. Nom Nom.
How about simply saying Indomie isn't continental. Why the Mumu and idiot.
DeleteDont mind them, they are always quick to insult.unhappy broken blog trolls

DeleteAt the gym. I'll be having watermelon and ginger Smoothie. A plate of toast and warm milk at the side.
ReplyDeleteIt's a slice or two slices of toast. Not "a plate of toast". Bloody liar.

I love food!...infact,food is the sweetest thing in this world!...
Christmas is smelling!,..
Even akara is not that healthy, because it's deep fried. Moi moi is better. The pap is only healthy when you take it with minimal sugar or sweetener.
DeleteU gat my back queen.Exactly what I'm having for breakfast, nice and healthy especially for people with high blood sugar issue.
DeleteThat unripe plantain porridge is incomplete without bushmeat. That plantain is the truth 🙌🏽

DeleteYam and egg kk, but with baked beans ke???
DeleteThe things people eat; seriously????????????
So, you've never heard of baked beans? Don't mind her jare Yomi, maybe she thought u put the cooked beans inside d oven to bake in order to turn it into a bean cookie. Smh.
DeleteAnnon ITK. She knows what baked beans is. She just doesn't understand how they eat it with yam and eggs. Next time read and comprehend before mocking.
DeleteAnonymous 13:32 ITK; you won correct person abi? When last did you eat or smell baked beans cos I will cargo a box of Heinz; no I'll look for LIDL or ALDI's cheapest brand to send down to you.

DeletePap and Akara, that's what I had for breakfast. My son is 10months old he doesn't eat well, have to force him to eat cerelac, what else can I try ? Have tried beans, fish and vegetables he refused to eat just tired. Don't know what to do again and hes not big.
ReplyDeleteHe doesn't have yo be big so long hes healthy. Keep trying all sorts. Try ogi with milk, semo with ewedu. Puree his meat, veggies and fruits, did u do exclusive, if yes, babies are scared to try new things. I breastfed exclusively so getiing my son to eat was a huge task but never relented in trying healthy stuff till he got used to them. Hes not fat at 16months but hes healthy. Remember not to give ur baby the whole milk yet till hes one. Try giving him yogurt too.
DeleteGive him snacks at intervals too. Maybe mashed potatoes with egg yolk*boiled* mash with little butter till its smooth. Dont panic
DeleteBoiled Ripe plantain? Usually a winner. You know it's sweet. If he likes is, just mix it with everything - fish, okra sef. Once he tastes the sweetness he will swallow.
DeleteFollow augustsecrets_toyin, it will give u great and healthy idea's it really helped my son
DeleteTry cerelac and weetabix plus milk. Just keep trying all sorts of healthy meals. Make sure you give him loads of fluid please.
DeleteThe most important thing is he being healthy and not BIG.
All the best.
