SOS Memo To Governor Ambode Of Lagos -Riot Brewing!

There is a riot brewing between the Hausa settlers and Fulani herdsmen in the abattoir area of Lagos state...
Both sides are brandishing weapons and have been throwing rocks at each other all morning....
Security operatives arrived and shot bullets into the air BUT THEY ARE STILL THERE exchanging words and brandishing weapons.

The area is the railway line around the fagba area, leading towards the abattoir in the Oko-Oba area.
Please whoever can reach the governor should treat this as urgent before a bloody war breaks out!

Insiders say that a drunken Fulani headsman stabbed a hausa man last night....

Thats all i know for now......Who lives around this area and can give us update?

  11. LOL. Throwing rocks.
I wouldn't have believed that part if I hadn't witnessed two hausas fighting and hitting each other with big stones.
They have spears, bows and arrows, daggers, swords and every other evil looking weapon you can think of, In that same abbatoir.
    Na so them dey do.

  12. They have started their wahala.
Really can't these people be booted out of Lagos?
That's how sometime ago, a man accidentally hit one of them who's an Okada rider.
See the way they beat him up but he managed to escape, thank God.
They torched his car and when the police tried to wade in, they were very violent, brandishing daggers left, right and centre; causing a ruckus and blocking the road.
These people have absolutely no regard for human life.
    What a shame!

  14. It's not funny but that ''they have been throwing rocks at each other'' part is cracking me up so bad.
If they don't draw blood, they wont disperse.

  15. That area has always been a spit for bloo shed. They always had to close my alma matter, Providence nursery and primary when they started. That was as much as 20 years back. Till today, it's still a danger spot. It's high time problems are tackled from its root. Not peace today, and the cycle continues tomorrow.

  17. When will people begin to understand that violence doesn't solve any problem. Not trying to sound tribalistic, but I think these part of Nigeria love violence a lot. If you want to continue fighting, pls go back to your respective states and stop giving the governor unnecessary headaches.
