Does he knows what it is to dress for an occasion.You are a public officer and when carrying out public official functions you should respect your office and the institution you visit. Zuckerberg was visiting the Presidency of which PMB is the public officer in charge and he dressed formally as a mark of respect for the institution and the officer in charge. Stupid governor with an equally stupid advisers. Trying to justify a stupid action and insult to an institution you swore to uphold and protect. Abeg park well.
