Drive And Text? -MUST WATCH....OMG!

When I opened this video to watch I wasnt really interested until ONE BEAUTIFUL WOMAN walked in and started talking..Everyone froze and began to cry and shockingly i wiped tears off my eyes to send this post.



I dont know how you will do it BUT PLEASE WATCH THIS VIDEO....
It may not show on some phones but find a way to watch it and tell someone you know.

 I will never do it again!

      Owkay,so I was finally able to watch the video on a friend's phone..

      it was about "Driving and Texting"..
      Some set of young men and ladies were being questioned on the reason why they "drive and text" or possibly "what could make you text while driving??"

      They gave so many reason..one said snapchat,the other said it's to check if her mum has texted her yet;another said she does it out of boredom,another said its to check S.M updates,another said traffic makes him text,another said he does it cos that's his own form of communication..etc etc

      So finally,a lady who was partially paralyzed on some part of her body was invited by the co-ordinators to give a detail of what happened to her(that is to those being questioned on why they "Text and drive")

      She told them what happened to her when she was 21 on graduation day..She told them of how a driver lost control of his vehicle because he was distracted due to "texting and driving";hence he lost control and hit a car which collided with theirs(family vehicle) thus killing her parents..she herself spent two months in the hospital and an extra two at rehab learning how to walk again,speak again,dress herself and also feed herself..

      Finally,she didn't fulfill her dreams of having her daddy to walk her down the aisle when getting married..

      Before she ended her story;everyone on set started crying and vowed not to "Text whilst driving" again..

      What I learnt: There is no reason for Texting while driving!! Whatsoever it is,stop at a park and attend to it;or better still wait till you get home..cos you carelessly can cause someone out there his/her previous life,or rather shatter their life dreams...

    Indeed, so many nasty, regrettable things have happened due to our carelessness with phones while driving.

    The story shows a woman that had an accident at 21 (after college graduation) due to the carelessness of a driver using phone while driving - the result is she lost both parents, fought for her life and eventually became paralyzed.

    I used to be careless with phone while driving but I now use a Bluetooth after a near accident and stories about peeps who lost their lives through this.

    This issue can NEVER be ober-emphasized. let's learn from others' mistakes.

    Sad. We are all guilty of this, but videos like this remind us how precious the gift of life is, and how lucky we've been, not to have been victims of our own/other people's carelessness.
