Ghana man, are you kidding me ?
DeleteCNN didn't goof biko. Nigeria is a country in Sub-Saharan Africa. They didn't type Nigeria does not mean CNN is wrong. Madam Stellastico Google is ur friend.
DeleteThey don't want kidnappers to kidnap him. They know what they are doing.
DeleteI don't think it's a mistake but a strategic way to promote his image of visiting a continent with the largest population for his market without confining him to a "volatile country "as ours
DeleteMark wrote same on his wall as well
ReplyDeleteMay be he doesn't want to associate with Nigerian
DeleteStupid CNN
ReplyDeleteNdi uchu ka ha bucha
Stupid CNN? Like this is an issue we should be deliberating on in these times? Some Nigerians are so jobless and senseless
DeleteJust as jobless and senseless as Alicia the troll!! Bye Felicia
DeleteJust as jobless and senseless as Alicia the troll!! Bye Felicia
DeleteDon't mind them. If it is bad news you will see them write Nigeria boldly thunder fire their yansh.
ReplyDeleteNa today, CNN don dey fumble since 1800
ReplyDeleteStella they are actually right. According to the united nation's geographic demarcation and demographics Nigeria is a sub Saharan country. Sub-Saharan Africa is, geographically, the area of the continent of Africa that lies south of the Sahara desert.
ReplyDeleteThank you. You get brain. School fees not wasted.
DeleteLoud it o jare. Ur head is deir.
DeleteMaybe he's gone to other parts of Africa, say north Africa but never sub Saharan Africa. People shouldn't read upside down
ReplyDeleteIf it was a bad news nw,they wil remember to call the name 'Nigeria'
ReplyDeleteStella I have always known that Nigeria is among the sub Saharan countries. So I had to go to Google just to be sure.
ReplyDeleteBut if it's bad news they wouldn't write sub saharan.why can't they just write Nigeria.
DeleteNigeria is part of Sub Saharan Africa madam Stella.
ReplyDeleteDidn't you do geography ni
Stella, is Nigeria not a sub saharan country?
ReplyDeleteNigeria is a sub Sahara Africa's but when did they start to forget or distinguish or call out Nigeria's name as a country.
DeleteLol. SMH too
ReplyDeleteTo think these people still see Africa as a country amazes me😡😡 Kini!! Racism at its peak😠ðŸ˜
ReplyDeleteErrrr sorry o but how is this racism? It's just lack of knowledge hun, doesn't necessarily mean they are racists.

NIGERIA IS SUB SAHARAN AFRICAN COUNTRY. DOES THE SAHARA DESERT CROSS THROUGH NIGERIA?
ReplyDeleteSo primary 1 children also comment on this blog. SMH #PATHETIC
DeleteJesu! dis is d reason y anons on dis blog dnt faze me! chai! u my friend r a Gagool!
DeleteKelvin Dat Edo Boi (Stellz Cousin)
Ofcourse nah! Nigeria is among the sub-saharan countries.
ReplyDeleteI do not think it's CNN's fault, even on Mark's page, He wrote Sub-Saharan Africa, Nigeria.
ReplyDeleteUnfortunately, that is what we will ever be in their hearts. If possible they will remove the Sub and just land us in Sahara deserts.
ReplyDeleteIt suits Nigerians, especially when even amongst us,we look down on other people from other places. Igbos look at Yorubas as dirty people, Ndi ofe mmanu, while Hausas are Abokis and are not meant to have anyone that can speak good english cos it is the birthright of Ibos.
Yorubas on the other hand look at Igbos as traders and the tribe that loves money. Why won't foreigners even always look for adjectives to portray us in a very bad state. Even geographically.
Imagine it's even CnnAfrica very stupid set of people if it's bombing situation now they will say it's Nigeria.
ReplyDeletea.k.a EDWIN CHINEDU AZUBUKO said...

Deleteok now. let them continue to give us new names that is not our own
ReplyDeleteYou guys should take a chill pill. Who told you that Stella doesn't know Nigeria is a sub-saharan country?? She's only saying that Nigeria is the country being visited and not the whole sub-sahara Africa
ReplyDeleteStella's mind reader
DeleteNigeria is actually Sub Sahara.
ReplyDeleteUna no do geography ni?
ReplyDeleteWe all know that Nigeria is part of Sub-Sahara Africa, but what stops CNN from say/writting Nigeria.
ReplyDeleteIs not that difficult. These people will boldly write NIGERIA if it was anything criminal.
That is how they will be listening to Nigerian artists songs and they will be writting West Africa music. Enough already.
Some other will pretend to spoil the pronunciation of Nigerian tribal names; claiming is too difficult. But we Nigerians can easily pronounced their names even the Europeans, claiming African names are difficult to pronounce. They forgot to teach them how to pronounce words in school.
Nigeria is a sub-saharan country, along with the likes of Togo, Mali, Niger e.t.c.This is his first time visiting the sub-saharan region which Nigeria happen to be categorised under.
ReplyDeleteNo mind them!
ReplyDeleteTheir fada! If na boko Haram bomb now them for tell the world that it happen specifically in Nigeria.
ReplyDelete#Never ruin a good day by thinking about a bad day. Let it go*
ReplyDeleteTrust CNN, when they mention Nigeria on air as headlines u go fear say wetin happen again. Always mentioning Nigeria with negative stories. Why not just say Mark visited Nigeria! God hlp us frm Cnn.
ReplyDeleteHahahahahahaha... Sub Saharan Blog
ReplyDeleteIn Malaysia FIFTY NIGERIANS WERE SENTENCED TO DEATH BY HANGING BECAUSE THEY WERE CAUGHT SMUGGLING WEED INTO THE COUNTRY. CNN go write am boldly with capital letter
ReplyDeleteExactly my point but that Alicia who wishes she were white keeps trolling my comments you can never see Mark visited Eastern Europe they must specify.
DeleteGosh it's not a mistake joor... Nigeria is in sub Sahara Africa... Maybe it's the first time he's visiting this region.
ReplyDeleteGod forbid o! if anything bad happens to mark in Nigeria, WILL CNN MENTION SUB-SAHARA AFRICA OR NIGERIA.
