    Very true. It requires a lot of energy to hate someone. Your mood changes whenever he/she is around, you instantly start frowning, you remember how they wronged you and what you need to do to get even. All this while, you've burned 1000 calories and used up 5 joules of energy. You start wondering why you're hungry after downing a plate of jollof rice. 😀

    The earlier you forgive and move on the better for you. You feel at ease when you forgive .
