Are there no provisions in the contract that demand you give sufficient notice? All employment contracts have provisions that you must give sufficient notice. He should go to court. We all want to see it. It would be a lesson to all these young mannerless children that just think there are no consequences of their actions. Truth be told, you are only entitled to anything if you resigned properly not just got up and walked. He should know that. Shame on him if you ask me.
