WHY Me!

Arthur Ashe, the legendary Wimbledon player was dying of AIDS which he got due to infected blood he received during a heart surgery in 1983!

He received letters from his fans, one of which conveyed: "Why did God have to select you for such a bad disease?"
To this Arthur Ashe replied:

50 Million children started playing Tennis
5 Million learnt to play Tennis
500 000 learnt Professional Tennis
50 Thousand came to Circuit
5 Thousand reached Grandslam
50 reached Wimbledon
4 reached the Semifinals
2 reached the Finals and when I was holding the cup in my hand
I never asked God “Why Me?”
So now that I’m in pain how can I ask God “Why Me?”

Happiness keeps you Sweet!! Trials keeps you Strong!! Sorrows keeps you Human!! Failure keeps you Humble!! Success keeps you Glowing!! But only, Faith keeps you Going.
Sometimes you are unsatisfied with your life, while many people in this world are dreaming of living your life.

I thank God for my life and your Lives.
Long live SDK.

    1. This post just gave me life. Just few mins ago I wanted to die. Just to be at peace.
I am a very brilliant medical doctor without a job, all the people I was better than in school still call me up when they are stuck in their various places of work to ask my opinion but yet I am at home.
Today I have decided to thank God, I will never ever think otherwise. Thank you Jesus! Thank you poster, thank you Kevwe. Thank you stella. You may never know.

    7. This was Ben Carson's (American Surgeon) post on Facebook some days back. The person that sent it to SDK should have given some credit to him.

    11. Dear Dr, try sending out CVs to various hospitals all over the world. Try Dr's without borders, try Jamaica, try Honduras and so on. Use Google to seek random hospitals and you never know what will happen. From there, you can always transfer to another country. Good luck to you. Come testify IJN because I see you gainfully employed next month. Amen. Claim your blessing. 15.18. As for that Judgina calling Dr Lazy, look in the mirror, have you eaten today?
