PRAYER LIFE DEAD -MOTIVATION NEEDED

I have a very big problem,  yes it may sound stupid but its a major problem to me and has been eating me up a lot lately.

Stella for some time now,  my prayer life died, as in i don't know what happened but i just know that i don't pray anymore,  i can't pray,  i can't bring myself to pray.  Before now, i was very good at studying the bible, reading daily devotionals and praying but all that stopped. 

My spirit is weak,  my body is weak,there's a huge spiritual vacuum in my life and home.  I'm a wife and a mother, so i should be spiritually sound and prayer ready but I'm not.I need help,i need advice,i need motivation,i need guidance and direction,  i need a big push,i want to wake up from my slumber and be active. I have tried,i go to bed with a bible, daily manner but i end up not touching them.
I don't want my kids to grow up living a prayer less life.I need to teach them but how will i do that when i can't even help myself?

Its a very tough world,i NEED TO HAVE MY OWN WAR ROOM!!! but i'm so weak spiritually.  Sadly my husband is worse.  He doesn't even go to church with us talk less of praying. The many evils of the world happening in churches and by committed by pastors has totally killed his zeal for church attendance.

Fellow blog visitors please help me with steps i should follow,  books i should buy.

I need bible passages to read.
Just something , anything that can kick start and awaken my spiritual and prayer life. I want to be in sync with my creator,  i need my home fully connected to the heavens. I'm the one that can make such connection possible only if i can open my mouth and pray.
