    No it she doesn't make it look 40. She is wealthy and a public figure so the society is quite open to her. What do u say about those 55, 70 and more fit, healthy and slim looking women who works out and eat healthy? Even without owning 1/7 of what Ita has? This woman is quite heavy, I don't think she makes 70 looks 40. She makes Senotorial post seem lively and sociable.

    Now about the "DRY" @70 it is the mindset and your choice. Medicine has evolved & improved. If your mindset is to do the do till strength fails you, then you will look for supplements against vaginal dryness at menopause.
