London Tatafo - Season 25

I hail una in the spirit of Tatafoism...

We the londoners are adjusting very well to our new status as an independent Kingdom.  Brexit or not, we stand gidigba....

Nothing wey we never hear since this brexit matter.. people have been discussing about how it would be difficult for some people to get naturalized because of the changes that'll affect the immigration system. But dat one no concern Tatafo because this matter wey I wan tell una don dey ground before the latest development.

By the time you finish reading this, dem fit don carry one of our own go naija o.
 Hmmmm.. the matter be say....

... she had been under the radar for quite some time. A very enterprising lady that minds her business, although popular amongst the celebrated Nigerians in London. But bad belle people will not allow her enjoy her hustle.

She used to run a beauty outfit in town before it was closed down not too long ago. Amebos claimed that she couldn't pay rent, hence the closure. But some core insiders revealed the truth behind it, that her ex man and some bad belle friends reported her to the home office for using somebody else's identity to run her business. They accused this hard working woman of tax wuru-wuru, for receiving undue financial benefits, and for not being documented legally in the country.

Maka why? Kini big deal? Why some people wicked like this na?

When Tatafo enter this matter look am well, wetin Tatafo discover be say, this woman's baby daddy brought her into the country. Although they aren't legally married, but they have 2 kids together and all was well between them. They even had a business venture that they operated together until trouble started.

Insiders revealed that they went their separate ways because of their irreconcilable differences. But the man swore that because he brought her into the country, he'd ensure that she's taken back home. Not minding that they have kids together.

The man runs a popular restaurant in town, while the lady also started to operate a beauty spot after their separation. Not until some people connived against her, and her beauty spot was closed down. And for a while, no one heard anything about her.

On the other hand, Tatafo heard that her ex man and baby daddy's restaurant was reported to the health and safety board a while back, because of the plenty plenty rats wey dey always show for hin restaurant kitchen. There was a time that people complained that he fries plantain that rat has eaten half way for customers. People complained that his restaurant is too dirty, but the man no send. All he cares about is to make money, and to ensure that his baby mama doesn't excel in the same town. Hian.

Una sabi the restaurant for East London?

Anyway, na this woman matter concern Tatafo. Why dem no want make she enjoy her life and work?

Now, rumour has it that for the past 3 weeks, this woman has been held in custody at the "return home" facility.. after she was invited for a "fake" interview where it was discovered that she had been operating in the country under different aliases.

Concerned friends have been rallying round to see how they can help this woman out of her predicament. Tatafo also gathered that her baby daddy is feigning ignorance that he knows nothing about how this woman was reported to the home office. But it's been alleged that as soon as she was picked up, with the help of her kids, this man hurriedly went to her house to pick her car for his personal use.

Whether this woman will scale through this hurdle or not, we cannot say. But her well wishers have argued that with a good lawyer she can fight her case to remain with her kids in the U.K.

But why are some people so wicked? No be by force to marry person nah. If the woman decided that she would do better on her own, and she built an empire for herself to sustain her kids, why would a baby daddy want to frustrate her efforts, simply because you know that she is yet to naturalize in the country?

Did you bring her into London to disgrace her?

Na God go judge some people oh. Tatafo can't deal.

Oga sir, please face your dilapidated restaurant and STOP selling spoilt food to your customers.

Let me also tell you sir, town people don talk say if dem carry this woman go house penren, say dem go make sure say nobody for London go enter your place chop again. They have threatened to bring your restaurant down. So how you wan take survive? Reason the matter well oh.

While we the sabi sabi of London town pull our weight of support behind this woman, we sef go join the rebels to fight her case. Yes oh! But until then.. na sitdon look we dey.

Tatafo has gotta go!!

Catchya

*Tatafo abeg enter corner make i see road,If to say she get paper she for no enter yawa so which one you dey rake?Let her go back home, people are needed to help CHANGE things.

  10. Exactly she has family life and they will leave her. i don't believe she's in the deportation centre. She is locked up because she uses different aliases which is fraud. She has kids and the kids alone will make them leave her.
She has children with someone who is resident in the UK, she will sure get her leave to remain.....even if he's not resident but that she has kids (if they were born in the UK) they will leave her

    1. Same thing I said wen I heard. Stela me think it's cos of fraud dat d woman did, not cos of papers. Her store used to be around Finsbury Park or so. Selling human hair n salon plus makeup. Buh na Jamaicans full d store. I think she was sharing rent or so. D woman is on d big side n not too tall. She has 2 marks on her face buh quiet. Baby daddy osto or is it Jerry? If she wasn't using fake name she can fight n use her kids to remain sha.

    1. There are 2 ways to go about it. You can go through the 7year route which you will be granted limited leave to remain (30 months) or you can go through the 10 year route which is, when your child turns 10, you can register him/her as British. You will get a certificate of naturalisation. You can then use this to apply for a British passport for the child. You then put in your application with this and you will be granted 5 years leave after which you can apply for your indefinite stay. Hope this helped.
