      I think its the 'jazzy' look. We learnt it in beauty school. The reason it looks so is that the colours aren't blended in between. They are basically 'plastered' on the face and lips. This look is for runways and some TV shows or movies. Fashion photoshoots as well.

      What is missing from this look: Lashes and highlights on the nose and cheekbones. The eyebrows should have been done with a lighter shade so that the eyeshadow does all the talking. And the lips should have been glossed. I like the blush angle. Perfect for jazzy. Some studs could have been added on the red as well to make it more glaring. And your foundation texture is very bad. Abi u no use primer? Or maybe your photographer is bad.
      Not a bad concept. But not 'there' yet. Step up on your creativity.
