MILKY BREAST DISCHARGE AND IRREGULAR CYCLE..
I have this medical issue I would like you to advice me on. Im 20 year old. I'm discharging from my nipple, sometimes it could be white like milk and sometimes yellow and another time like water. This started like 3 and half month ago, mind you I'm not pregnant.
Also I'm experiencing irregular menstruation, like i menstruate twice in a month and I see clothed blood (brown black blood) for like one and half week.
I have gone for scan and its says I have pelvic inflammatory disease.
Mind you I have not been tested for the discharge from my nipple because I'm kinda shy. Please what drug can be recommended for someone with this complains and what is actually wrong with me. Thanks
We've treated this so many times, Doctors, over to you

Check ur prolactin level
DeleteThe breast is a very sensitive part and this not the right place to get prescription.Girl you should see a doctor.
DeleteWhat's with the 'mind you'?
ReplyDeleteSweety all I can say is you should go to a good hospital please.
It might not be that bad.
If you listen to self acclaimed doctors, you might get it wrong.
Cheers.
I have been ttc for 8months, doctor placed me on clomid and said I should come back for flushing (hydrotubation). Pls, has anyone gone through this? I'm kinda scared and worried but I think I ovulate and my period is regular. Pls help oo
DeleteYou are shy? U never see something.
ReplyDeleteMind you, go for a test to avoid stories that touch
DeleteHope you have started treatment for PID? For the discharge...any history of DnC recently? Could be from abortion gone wrong. If that's ruled out...it could be hormonal imbalance. This has to do with the pituitary gland situated at the base of the brain. Well you can go on a treatment of bromocryptine or dostinex for a period of three months. The PID and milky discharge can cause infertility if not treated. Go to the hospital for test n more detailed treatment though.
ReplyDeleteIt's not only after abortion u get nipple discharge madam. I am very sure her prolactin level is high caused by hormonal imbalance. It's called hyperprolactinamea. I had high prolactin but with some drugs it has balanced now after 6months. Go see a doctor poster for a prolactin test
DeleteAre you taking birth control pills? Stop taking it if yes. It could also be hormonal imbalance.
ReplyDeleteHian!!!kind of shy?
ReplyDeleteYou need to stop being shy and take care of your health.
Nipple discharge may be a sign of hormonal inbalance/ high prolactin. I'm not a doctor, but I've had similar ish and I was placed on Parlodel for some time. As for PID your doc will recomend strong antibiotics.

ReplyDeleteWhat has shyness got to do with your health?Better go to the hospital.
Are you kidding me, which one is you are shy? So you don't feel shy pulling your pant for ur bf to "fork" you but you feel shy letting a doctor carryout out a five minutes check on you abi? OK sit down there and be shying for nonsense. Are you still here reading my comment? Common go pull your bra and let the doctor do his job. Mumu gal.
ReplyDeleteU are kinda shy to tell doctors your problem. But your are not kinda shy when it comes to opening legs and Toto for men to fuck.
ReplyDeleteDischarge from the breasts might most likely be as a result of high prolactin which you need to treat as soon as possible, as for the brownish discharge does it has a foul smell? If yes it's STD.
ReplyDeleteYou could most likely be having what's called Hyperprolactinaemia. It is a disorder in which there is high secretion of prolactin. You need to see a Dr preferably a gynaecologist. The earlier it is attended to the better because it could cause infertility in the long run.
ReplyDeleteMaking prescriptions for you over social media will not be the best.
Meanwhile, you need not be shy as regards what would make you healthy.
Cheers.
Pls go n see a gynaecologist,u probably have hormonal imbalance n wud need to be properly investigated.

ReplyDeletePoster you have high prolatin and you need to talk to your doctor about that, you don't need to be shy cos health is wealth.
ReplyDeleteFor the irregular menstral you need to treat infection asap.
PID is very serious. I can lead to infertility if not properly and promptly treated. So
ReplyDelete1. You need to do a high vaginal swab m/c/s to know exactly what organisms to treat and what medications are sensitive.
2. You need to take the medications religiously for the length of time prescribed. Usually 10 to 14 days.
3.you need to have a physical examination done to make sure there's no lump ot other signs of breast disease.
4. If you have headaches you may need a CT scan in addition to your hormone profiles.
(You can, not advisabe, but can do 1&2 yourself. If you go to a good lab. And then Google the drugs it's sensitive to to get the doses)
My dear see a doctor. A gynecologist specifically.
Go and see a gynaecologist please.

ReplyDeleteItS either a recent abortion or hormonal umb or even staphylococcus aureus(heavy growth)which a strong antibiotics is needed with treatment of 10-14 days. Kpele you ll be fine.but this your*mind you*e get as e be ooo
ReplyDeleteYou may be having hyperprolactinemia, causing the irregular menses. You should see your gynaecologist. There's nothing to be ashamed of in allowing a doctor check ur breasts. There are many causes of hyperprolactinemia, a few scary and delay may be too late.
ReplyDeleteIt is an inbalance in your hormone and if you're taking posteno 2, its time to stop it. See your doctor
