Wow, N250 million! For wetin na? Is he such a flight risk? Where he want run go settle? Abeg let them let him go nurture his young son while they complete their investigation and ready to prosecute; them can they catch him again.
ReplyDeleteMost developed countries that some would want to flee , where they will live well are in favour of extradition especially with corrupt Africos if proven guilty.
Stella it's not like he is giving them cash o. He is to submit properties worth 250m to them and them have 2 people submit same to the court..
ReplyDeleteIt's an easy bail
Houses in lagos on the island are worth that much. So if he has a house in lagos, it won't be a problem. And it won't be a problem for him to have relatives of friends to have such properties.. After the case, the properties will be returned to all those that submitted it.
But the problem now is, will he be granted freedom after posting bail?? Because the efcc are in the habit of holding their victims down even after fulfilling bail conditions
Thanks for explanation...
