Break FAST?

Anyone Having Breakfast?

I AM NOT but i plan on starting the day with a cuppa green tea....






Wanna burn down fat from bum,stomach,laps,tohtoh and anywhere else it is hiding..lol


Who wants to start three cups of green tea everyday for one week with me and lets see if we burn down anything?....We start today!

Those who are eating una well done oh *side eyes*

What are you eating?I am off to make breakfast for my boys!

Be back after i finish sipping the green tea.....if i don't like the taste am i allowed to add a little honey?
Anyone ever lost burned down fat from drinking green tea?
I hear that's what Modupe Ozolua is steady on and she looks greats!

Started taking 4 cups of Lipton green tea per day two days ago(2cups in the morning,2 cups in the evening).I also do 60 sit up per day(30 in the morning,30 in the evenings),reduced my food portion,low carb intake, eat an apple a day at least 3 times a week cos am not financially bouyant,also cucumber and i drink a lot of water.My target area is belly fat,have started seeing some changes,my urine is now clear unlike before.Stella,I will send you before and after pic probably in exactly two weeks to my start date.

  2. This green tea thing doesn't work for me. I get famished anytime I take it; almost like it's biting my insides.

    For breakfast I'm starting with a steaming mug of my cafe latte and a couple of toast. .... then we'll see, lol.

    2. It is advisable to eat something no matter how small before drinking it. Green tea helped me reduce weight drastically. If you drink it on an empty tummy, you will vomit.
      I drink mine without milk or sugar.

  3. Whenever I drink green tea, it makes me dizzy, my head spins as if I've been playing a game of "fekulufe"
    I had to give up on green tea..
    Till I can fathom why I feel that way.

    @ the gym. Btw,I dont eat early,am i alone in this? I eat btw 10-1pm,anything earlier than that makes me restless. Save its liquid,nothing more.

    I read comments yesterday or so,and saw comments from ppl asking for a group(something like that). And someone blanked them saying no more slot?hehehe.....
    Why some of una like 'hinsult' like this huh?why can't you ask google for weight loss tips? Do we now have fitness coaches in here?
    Ok start these from home
    -skip a hundred times daily
    -20 sit up
    -squeeze lemon juice in a glass of water and drink it first thing in the morning.(burns tummy fat)you can add a tea spoon of honey if you wish.
    -jog/walk round your neighbor hood 30-45mins.

    Mabasi,my fingers hurt mbok. Ask google for the rest or enroll @ the gym.

Because na trial and error things... chaiii I don see things for this SDK o. Google was my friend when I was trying to lose weight and I went from 76kg to 60kg without seeing the inside of a gym or joining any weightloss group. I have maintained for 2yrs now.

      That skipping burns fat like magic; 3 yrs ago when I piled on excess fat, that was what I used to lose weight within 2 weeks. I had just 1 meal daily late in d morning, then fruits in d evening. I started with fifty jumps, and by d 6th day I was doing 200. Very difficult something, but the result was amazing. Right now sef I need to lose weight, but I never ready.

U must be Blogbrity or whatever...anyway to those looking to lose writing or live healthy, please download this app called 8fit. It works wonders if your serious and dedicated. There are videos with professional gym coaches. It's available for iPhones but in sure it's on bb world as well.

    9. Shanz.. .you forgot to add that when you make lemon and honey drink your first sip of the day. The first dish you devour should be a hot liquid. Some warm food only to keep burning up your stomach lining.

      I prefer without honey or sugar, it keeps my teeth white.

    People ttc should double check before taking it cuz I remember my gynae saying it reduces iron absorption in the body bla bla bla.

  17. I take a cup green tea almost everyday since 2015. January this year I weighed 54kg, I checked my weight last Monday and discovered I'm now 49 and I'm not happy bout it cos I'm not on a diet or watching my weight. Though I don't drink carbonated drinks, I don't eat late and i eat little portions of food because thats what i can finish. But I don't know if its d green tea making me loose weight

If u wanna stay healthy, eat plenty fruits and vegetables, exercise more, don't eat late nights, don't lie down immediately u eat, drink lots of water and remain positive. If u must take tea, moringa remains your best bet.

  22. Stella u are on a long thing with the tea drinking galore. Drinking all de Green tea without a healthy diet will amount to nothing. Green tea, lemon or ACV will not nullify de fattening effects of fufu, rice and all de mede-mede consumed

    2. Iphie dearie..do not eat late..anything after 7 pm just take only liquid or fruits if very famished but if not stick to just water.
      Eat a very very rich and healthy breakfast. Well balanced.
      Skipping breakfast leads to blaoting which leads to a bigger tummy.
      Avoid sugar 100% ..stick to original honey
      Drink as many cups of green yea per day try a monium of 5 teacups per day intermittently... It helps get rid of toxins.
      Fat burning food- ginger, onion, Cayenne pepper, garlic. Cinnamon
      Get enough sleep each day minimum of 6-8 hours a day.
      Foods you should eat often include cucumber, water melon,avocado.apples,green leafy vegetables.
      If you are a rice lover like I am reduce the number of times pet week.
      Couscous can replace rice sometimes
      Drink lots of water and throw in a slice of lemon when you can.
      Take walks as often as you can.
      While watching tv try crunching sit ups as often as you can.
      Take a lot of vit C.
      Run once in a while if u van make out time.
      Come back and send me zillion Ehugs and kisses after 3 months of consistency.
      ** Always eat your 3 square meal pls

    5. No you won't cause you will still continue eating your full 3 square meals ...only thing is watch the way your system reacts to the green tea.The reaction varied from person to person. For me it makes me visit the white house too frequently so I still take it but I reduced the frequency and swapped some of the green tea spots for hot chocolate or a bit of coffee depending on the time and my mood@ iphie dearie

    6. Ophir dearie if you are breastfeeding, do not take that much green tea. Why? Cos green tea detoxifies and those toxins can cross to your milk in a bid to leave your body and go straight into your baby's mouth.

    1. Take the green tea with meals pls! TTC? Relax, get honey and cinnamon powder in ratio 3;1 teaspoon. Mix and place it under your tongue. You can skip the green tea and try this: get warm water, squeeze half sliced lemon and drink! Don't count, just relax and let Christ work HIS miracle , ok!

  54. Chai stella burning fats ain't easy o. Anytime I want to burn fats that's when I eat the more. Ate leftover wheat with ogbono mixed with okra with ugwu leaf and beef with stockfish smoked fish. Ten minutes later I just drank coffee with bread. Not wheat bread o. I think I need help

  60. I had a bowl of pineapple. I'm eating 2pieces of chicken for lunch and I will have cucumber for dinner. I've been on a proteins ,fruits and veggies diet for a month now. So far,I've lost about 8kg. I love my new lifestyle.
