Bobbi Kristina Brown - One Year After.....

It's been one year since Bobbi Kristina Brown died at the age of 22, and her friends and family are looking back at her life to pay tribute.

"My prayer for Nippy and Kristi is that they will soon rest in peace," said Cissy Houston of her late daughter, Whitney Houston, and granddaughter in a statement to ET. "My prayer for me is that someday, somewhere, beyond the horizon where we cannot see I will be with them again….and joy will come in the morning."

Bobby Brown took to his Instagram on Tuesday to pay tribute to Bobbi Kristina by sharing a photo of his 1-year-old daughter, Bodhi Jameson Rein Brown, leaning against a portrait painting of her late older sister and Brown.

Whitney Houston's official Facebook page also shared a touching photo.

Bobbi Kristina died on July 26, 2015, approximately seven months after she was found unconscious in a bathtub in her home in Atlanta, Georgia, on Jan 31.
The incident occurred almost three years after her mother was also found dead in a bathtub at the Beverly Hilton Hotel on Feb. 11, 2012.

The Fulton County, Georgia, medical examiner determined earlier this year that Bobbi Kristina died from complications caused by her face being immersed in water, along with drug intoxication.
The official cause of her death is listed as pneumonia, however the autopsy could not determine if Bobbi Kristina's death was intentional or accidental.

Recently, Bobby sat down for an interview with 20/20 where he opened up about his tumultuous relationship with Whitney and said that there were "so many things" he regrets about his parenting choices, adding, "We should have been better. We could have been better."

The "My Prerogative" singer, who welcomed his seventh child last week, also said that he feels Bobbi Kristina's death could have been avoided.

"Two days before what happened to my daughter, she was supposed to come out here to Los Angeles with me," he said through tears. "If I could get those two days back, my daughter would be here. All I want is those two days back."

  2. May her soul continue to rest in peace. Her mother destroyed her. The Bible said, "Train up a child in the way he should go,and when he is old, he will not depart from it".

Her parents destroyed her... Not her mother. A child is brought up by both mother and father.
Typical male chauvinistic minds will absolve the man and blame the woman. Very myopic. Mtchewwww

  5. Whitney was a sweetheart until she met Bobbi Brown
She let him influence her negatively which led to her ruin and that of Kristina. And now he got his shit all together and is still alive.

See eh, no man can spoil me
It's only weaklings that will open their two korokoro eyes while someone ruins their life.

May the dead continue to RIP.

    3. Please let's get the facts correct before crucifying Bobby Brown, Whitney Houston was introduced to drugs by her own brother. I saw the interview on telly with him confessing. And Nooo, Brobby Brown is no saint either. BA, you're correct.
Sad thing is so many people are getting addicted in their millions despite the adverse effects on their health, finances, family and otherwise. #SayNoToDrugAbuse+Addiction
