      Eating healthy could be boring, tasteless or without "joy" (Depending on the former eating life style you had) but it is worth it.

      I can testify.

      As I write about this, something just popped into my head about that BV who complained about her Period Overflow. Why don't you try changing your diet for sometime? Eat clean and healthy for about a month, No animal flesh and lots of fruits and veggies, then see if there would be any difference. I am not guaranteeing it will work but you could try.

      I used to have heavy flow but it stopped as soon as I changed my diet and started exercising.

      I don't go to the gym again o. The competition no be here. Most of them have mission and the mission is not to loose weight or keep fit. Its to meet men.
