    The secret is doing exercises and eating right.
    With the right diet and exercises to build your body u will achieve that.
    I started my body goal exercises 2 months ago and I can say now that people are already talking. It takes just determination and consistent.
    It would seem difficult at the first week but once your body gets use to it u will feel free doing it and the result start showing as early as 2weeks.
