    1. It is better to earn a decent penny than this type of rubbish.
Let them disappear for all I care.
How can a girl move with group, anything about groups whether in church or anywhere I don't involve my self.

    2. My dear there's hunger in the land, prices of commodities has skyrocketed.
They need money to feed, pay for hostel accomodation, pay fees, buy text book,etc...
Not all parents are rich enough to carry such responsibility, these kids are only looking for an escape route. But ended up in a lions den.
      This story just weak me.

    4. Jasmine and Shanz empire stop justifying evil. Runz is risky, demonic and a suicide mission once you sign up for it. There are many more decent and dignified ways to get back. Even if you practiced it and came out alive, don't go preaching it to others. People do decent jobs, businesses and work hard to get by. Sleeping with different evil men, exchanging ur soul and virtues and even ur future will never be right for any reason. There is no excuse

    5. Sue,we are not justifying runz ....we just said the bitter truth!
Decent jobs? That they will be paid 15-20k a month with their ssce cert(remember they are undergraduates). When they can easily get 80k as thanks for coming in just one day.
Those things i mentioned above, calculate &tell me if 20k a month will cover the bills.
You said they can do business,is it their teeth they will pluck and use in starting it? Mind you,not every1 is biz oriented.
As hard as it seems, this is just reality starring us in the face.
      Btw,thanks for coming&runz aint same,they are differnt.

The economy also had nothing to do with runz, runz has been there before you were born.

    7. Shanz is right. Students abroad are paid salary that's good enough to cover their basic bills on part time jobs. even with their GCSE certificates they earn better than some Nigerian graduates. In naij u want to get part time job they pay u 20k which covers even ur salary. Where u wan start Biko? Smh

BTW, those girls should be questioned seriously as to how they "barely managed" to escape with their lives... That should be a very good lead...

  35. Seems the story is a way of someone trying to get traffic to their twitter or blog account. 17 students from UNILAG is a huge number for other news or friends of the victims not to have escalated the incident on other news medium. I am sure the victims have social media accounts , friends , family , colleagues etc. Funny it's only the twitter user that tweeted the story that knows all that needs to be told about the story without any other person like room mates and friends of victims to corroborate the story. I may be wrong and but wish the story is untrue. And don't be too quick to judge or crucify the victims if the story is true.

    1. Na your comment make sense pass. Dont they have family, friends, people around them that would have reported their absence at police station to give the story credibility.

The story is unofficial as it is nit reported ghru the right channell. This is too serious to be taken at rumour level

    3. It's true the story is all over unilag.. The girls are in school so it's assumed the parents would think so too, besides friends are still scared to mention it, what if a family member sees it somehow somehow you also want their parents to have heart attack.. We're still praying they come back or atleast we know what has happened to them

When you dey Nigerian Uni dey look up and down not even money to eat for weeks you will understand. Was fending for myself and my younger sister. And I could not do runs so TFC was the easiest way out. And I'm very beautiful. It's me they always call first in line that time. Cos I go blow phonee ehn all those men like me die cos I was more than just a pretty face. Even bf i no get for school cos I didn't want more distraction. One time it flopped. TFC all d way to one south south state. 6 hours on the road. Some other girls from Delta that slept in the next room stole our stuff. The arrangee babe dropped 60k for three of us and bailed. See anger wey we take return school 😂😂 chai! Devil paroles Na wetin we call am. When I look at my life now I can't believe it. When some of those my friends see me now they can't talk to me. But when I used to stress myself to attend lectures and read for exams they thought I was Over stressing. Today, I have risen above that level of foolishness while some of them are still in the trade. Looking back God really protected me sha. I took risks oh! Smh. Fly to Abuja because someone saw ur picture and wants to meet you. Fly to Lagos because one man saw u in club and hustled ur number from a guy you greeted on ur way out. All these 'big' men.... *yimu* Even pastors among them. Hmmmm..... My daughter would have to be very smart to outsmart me. Let me keep working hard so she can live life at a certain standard.

  57. Well, one of the things that happen when people fail to prioritise and decide to be gullible as well.

House party, probably of someone you don't know?

I bet nobody told them the address of the supposed house, probably told them not to worry about that.

80 thousand for doing nothing? How please, is that possible, especially in this country right now?

This was in the night o.

Even when I was in uni, occasionally, they used to have night parties where guys would pay gate fees and girls were to attend for free. I used to wonder if the girls that attended such were so brainless they didn't understand the implications of being allowed free entry into such gatherings.

Simply means, free sex orgy, free do anything you want to with the girls;the whole works.

I hope that all of them are found.
Won't be surprised if just a few of the 17 + make it though.

Go to school, get a degree and graduate in peace. Mba!

Na cultism and runs better pass.

    Excuse?

The economy is bad and money needs to be made.

And the minute you try to shed light on the dangers of this lifestyle... you are labelled a "judgina", a saint, a hater, you don't know whatsup etc

Oh well, I wouldn't want anyone to go astray, that is why I will never stop dropping one or two words of advice to those that will read and learn.

It doesn't make me better than you.

There are two things, either I do not want you to make mistakes I made in the past...or I want you to gain what I have and more by remembering the morals my parents instilled in me while growing up.

No matter how bad your situation is, trust me....resorting to selling your body is not worth it. Plsssss

    5. Anon 7:53. Lmao!!!

      Delete
    6. Exactly, Iphie.

One doesn't know how many people's lives are changed for good, from what they read and hear.

They may not come out to let you know, but best believe that dropping little little pieces of advice and suggestions here and there, have helped a lot more people than you'll ever know.

If I'm led to shed light on the dangers of anything on here or anywhere, I would do so without hesitation, as I don't live for any human's validation.

Seriously, I know that there are people in uni, who come from extremely poor homes, but that's not a reason to go stealing or selling your body for money.

I also know lots of these kind of people that took up different kinds of 'degrading' jobs, just to make ends meet, and still came out with beautiful results.

There is no excuse for all these, indeed.

I hope this post serves as a wake up call to someone guilty of this lifestyle.

    How does it even work???
It's high time security agencies step up & fish out all this demons because it's becoming too much. Especially in Lagos & Ogun state. Even people going to work for their daily bread are not left out of this evil. People are getting missing everyday. Something should be done fast about it, if not, no one would be spared from their evil.

One happened before my very eyes on Thursday along Mariam Babangida road in asaba, a young girl just jumped out of a camry 2.2 scream "wicked man, ndi ogu ego" u need to see how neatly this man is dressed with glasses and another man sitting behind the car. I saw what they wanted to tie round the girl's lap. The girl was scream and the man drove off with speed and people were screaming. When I got the the junction by express waiting for a bus to agbor. I saw him trying to pick another girl by the other side of the road. Up till today I have not been myself.

The rate at which people hustle for money now ehn, one has to be very careful.

For asaba BVS. The car is silver color camry 2.2, the guy driving is a bit fair with glasses while another dark guy sits behind the car with load by his side, so the victim has no choice than to sit in front with the driver.

    2. I think the ritualists get qualified people who cut out their victims heart, kidneys etc for sale abroad. It could be as high as $500,000.00 each. That explains the sudden wealth they amass and claim their victim vomits money in one room..

  59. The three girls that came back should be arrested ASAP. They probably planned the deal with the big boys and were paid off. Why have the three girls not explained how they escaped? Something is fishy about the missing 17 girls. The three... should be interrogated. You don't need to be a detective or criminologist to have common sense which may not be common.

  60. These things are very possible, I went to unilag. So I know, ppl were always getting missing but I never knew anyone personally so I can't vouch for it, but I do know it happens. All dese party's and thanks for coming money.
I had a course mate called Jennifer, very beautiful fresh light skinned girl, with tiny waist and big booty. Me sef as a woman dey admire. We use to go to class together, dat is few times she dey go o. Always loaded, she will pay for our cab and buy lunch and she's real good company, very nice girl. It's she and her bestie that do their waka together. I don't follow dem, no get d liver. My mama na staunch Christian.
Anyways it was her 21st bday and her main maga organized a bday for her in Double four, awolowo road. That time double four was d shit.
We all went, they sent cars to pick us, his friends too were in attendance.
So after d parry, dey asked who will like to go to VGC to attend after party. Only me and 2 oda girls opted to go back hostel. As I get serious boyfriend den who always calls and track my movement. He is even my hubby now, so I don't joke with d relationship.
They all came back the next morning. So I asked one girl dat is a village girl dat is scouting in Jenny's room, she be like Jenny's house girl, she's a student , sending herself to school. Shld be like Jenny's PA. Washes for her, goes to mkt etc. and jenny dashes her money and old clothes.
So she said when they got to VGC she just noticed each girl was disappearing with each man into d room. They didn't pick her sha, so she stated watching TV in d parlour, slept off till day break. After they served them breakfast and 100k thank you money each. About 15 or of them. Even she dat did nada.
I come say Iv missed o, dis my forming of good girl no dey pay. But jokes asides dat wasn't me. So this things do happen, but since I'm not dat runz girls crew, I Neva knew any of d kidnapped girls personally.
Jennifer got married immediately after school and has grown kids now, infact when you see her Instagram. That her flashy nature hasn't changed. She has such a beautiful family, she married a clean, young fine Igbo dude, based in US. So he no go even know her gist as they hardly come to Nigeria. All dos caliing her runz girls are still struggling to get married. I see her 1nce in a while when I go Yankee, she lives in a huge mansion in Georgia, just outside Atlanta.
*Jennifer is her fictitious name though,

  62. False story but it's amazing that we've lost all human empathy in the face of "morals". Even if the girls did go for the party and got missing, that is no reason to insinuate that they deserve whatever they got. In the face of Morality, Nigerians are the most heartless people and I wonder if it is morally ok to be heartless.

  64. The kind of trouble girls in the University get into sef makes me wonder if it's worth it at the end of the day. Even if it's not going for such parties but going for weekend at baes house or traveling to visit a new bf or whatever! Every lady who passed through the University and did any of the above mentioned has a lot to be thankful to God for and we should stop being so quick to judge others! Death by ritual killing isn't something to wish upon even one's enemy.

  65. If this story is true, have they reported this to the police and contacted some of their parents to get involved and see if they can be rescued before they are harmed. How did the 3 escape? The story is somehow.
