After listening to the whole recording and the manner with which it was recorded and then uploaded online,it leaves one thinking that it was pre-planned,especially as she was the one recording it and not someone else.This evidence will be thrown out if it gets to court as INADMISSIBLE.
I am sure the reason the school has not reacted is because of the manner the recording was done....and i heard somewhere the male voice said ''Sebi the other time that you gimme...''.
And she got up and locked the door?who does that?
What if she had been forced?All in a bid to gather evidence you almost endanger yourself!...And she kept saying she was ''ON'' and refusing to leave even when he asked her to please leave and not return....From the point on it became a set up because she stayed to lure him so that she could record.

The lady couldn't have thought about recording this incidence at the very first attempt. Something had been on between them. Both parties are guilty. The lecturer cannot be exonorated and cannot claim any form of character defamation. Neither can the student lay claim to any form of sexual coercion.

I have been in a position where a lecturer would not even let me stay in school all because he wanted to sleep with me. I was 16 years and had no such experience. If you refuse a lecturer, you will pass his course in high grades but be rest assured you are failing all his friends and cohorts courses..so where or whom do you turn to?
While there is this particular lecturer who doesnt ask for sex but money..you practically feed him, fuel his car, recharge his phone, clothe him for all the years you offer his courses!

The conversation from the start insinuates that it has happened before. The lady who uploaded this needs to learn that you don't submit evidences like this to the internet rather to the court. And, she should have gotten brained friends to listen to it and seek out loopholes where she could be found wanting in the clip.

Use sex as an exchange for grades/marks...My female friends spill and even splash because they wont give in to his asking. He will call about 8 students to his office, ask about 3 to go and see Alabi, they share them, harass them and i ask for sex. Ask any ex student of English language unilorin, they will tell you about Idiagbon. Just in 24hrs we have gotten over 20 different stories from ex students with his harassment and all. The recording is a strong admissibile evidence against the moral depravity of the lecturer which amounted to not only a breach of fiduciary duty the lecturer owes the student but also a tortious act of intimidation, all of which are actionable in law. Even if they had had sex before, it is obvious that the student was coerced and intimidated into doing it, that was why she had to force herself to pretend to be co-operating with the lecturer while doing the recording in order to obtain an iron cast proof of the lecturer's forceful invasion of her person and privacy. Every purported consent she gave to the lecturer was obtained by duress and amounted to no consent at all. The lecturer has no right of action at all and cannot sue for defamation because the action of the student in recording and publishing what transpired in the circumstance is justified in law. The publication showed that the lecturer is a lewd, morally depraved fellow who has the lowest estimation in the minds of right thinking men. I salute the bravado of the student. She has the right not only to sue the lecturer but also the university that employed such a morally debased fellow. The university authority owes her a duty of care to employ lecturers that would nurture her in character and learning and not to expose her to sex maniacs who come in the guise of lecturers.

In America and Europe, universities dont even allow consensual relationship between lecturer and student. Whether student says she's in love. It can lead to grave consequences for the lecturer.
A lecturer is a father-figure. Even if the girl agreed, the fact she has a tape and is alleging anything, it will be treated that that agreement is by coercion.
So Stella, you think coercion is only by forcefully holding her? Any threat and yes, even the mere fact that the man is a custodian of her academic record can be seen as coercion cos he is in the position to manipulate it or fail her.

This is very unethical, I bet he has children at home and wants the best for them. Our society is full of useless people like Mohammed idiagbon, he taught me in school and this is not his first time.
