Ive never been in that situation but as a wife, i doubt i can ever call out or reply a side chic reason...My husband must have given her the guts to shout out so why embarass myself especially if what she is saying is true. And the side chick will be like " damn this bitch! I have equal rights now"

I reject a side chick situation in Jesus' name.

But taking a moment to assume it happened to me, no, I would not reply a side chick calling me out on social media.

Obviously, they do it because they want your attention, they want you replying them. They want to rub it in your face. Embarrass the hell out of you. Tell you that you're not all that.

Replying a side chick is just like giving her every power to keep hurting you every way.

I will not call her out on social media, either.
That's embarrassing myself too. (Unlike the philandering husband, I didn't choose to embarrass myself.) That's letting the side chick insult me and say whatever she wants to, as I've given her the opportunity.
And once the going back and forth starts, you'd have to keep going at it with her, which in my opinion, is humiliating.

Whenever one cheats, it's the person who cheats that is to blame, not the person they did it with.
Unless you've got proof of them being 'jazzed', they're supposed to take responsibility.
