ReplyDeleteI'm sure they stole all the goodies in that house!...ndi ori aguu
Story, come home and defend yourself.
ReplyDeleteYou were busy using state power, you never thought of democracy.
That's the point, he was never called for questioning of any sort or to DEFEND himself
DeleteKoro i support you jare. Dont mind them. Abeg continue to wail jare
ReplyDeleteTyrants are in power
DeleteI weep for our democracy
Why not weep for yourself and the future of your kids ?
Delete16 years of Democracy indeed, did you read Ruth Kadiris rant? Her. Prophesy is hitting you first amongst many. Una never see something. Nonsense. They have court Order and you must think they will be foolish to wait until you become a prof and come back after 1000yrs before they raid your house in ur presence. Anumanu.
ReplyDeleteTell him oh! Lol.
DeleteThe Nigeria wey una spoil dey work against una. Wait and see
They should have at the least waited for him to come home before such as invasion, afterall he is still a suspect and has not be declared a common criminal.
ReplyDeleteHe used facebook to tweet? If you stole the public fund thru 'wuru-wuru'...well we want it back thru 'wuru-wuru' too. If you like be speaking legal jargon...Yimu joor!
ReplyDeleteFear of the unknown
ReplyDeleteu forgot wat u did in Ekiti and Lagos during elections in these states. no b democracy den abi?
ReplyDeleteYou people supporting this government when they are circumventing the rule of law because you think the person on the receiving end deserves it, just wait until they descend on you too.
ReplyDeleteBuhari's government is a shameful one. Fighting corruption without following the law is in itself corrupt.
Exactly. The taste of the pudding is in the eating.if we allow the guilty to be badly treated, soon d innocent will follow. Thats how impunity works
DeleteI concur
DeleteI am Cocacola Ambassador
You must be really dull? You didn't read when they declared Obanikoro wanted? & asked him to come explain certain things? Did he come?
DeleteAbi o.
DeleteThey re all dunce
I am not dull in Jesus name. If Obanikoro was a wanted man no matter where he is he can be extradited. Since there's no extradition request, he's not wanted. They may have requested him to come in for questioning but he's under no legal obligation to show up. Has Obanikoro broken any law by not showing up in person for questioning when there's no warrant out for his arrest? The answer is no. Now this is established... is a warrant required to search anyone's premises/property according to Nigerian law? The answer is yes. According to Obanikoro none was provided. This is circumventing the rule of law and has no place in a democracy.
DeleteKnow your laws.
Know your rights.
If speaking against any incident that violates the laws of the land and infringes upon the rights of any citizens makes one dull then we should all be dull.
Come back home!
ReplyDeleteSince allegations of indictable offences were made against him...a search warrant can be applied for to search premises that he occupies or controls for evidence of the offence
