    2. Actually he is a bad loser. He should know that's football and he was unfortunate to be on the losing side. Why didn't Ronaldo and other nominated players retire when he was winning world footballer of the year back to back?
He should learn to swallow the bitter pill in good faith

  8. Maradonna was right afterall, he is an excellent player but doesn't have the character and influence over the team. Somewhat of a timid personal. 3 finals in 4 years and no win. Sometimes it's not all about the talent. Retiring at 29 after just 3 defeats in the finals simply shows how strong his character is...quite weak.
    I hope he's kidding though

  10. Stella you obviously know nothing about football to be calling messi a bad loser. He gets abused and spat on by Argentinian fans because they think he's not doing enough for the team but he single handedly took them to 3 finals in 3 years but always takes the blame for not winning even last year when he scored but all his teammates missed third penalties.

  14. Messi is still d best• Football is a team game and dts how Messi plays it. He has never attributed his success to him alone and I respect his decision, who luvs 2 be blamed all d time and to he'll with Maradona• I hope he changes his mind though and No Madam, he is not a looser • No need trying to compare him with dat Proud one sef...despite all d power power,Messi still rocks with ease on d pitch.
