Overthinking isn't good. Negative ones sha. And it's soo easy to be caught in the web of nagativity. Thankfully I don't cos I feel it's a waste of massive energy. And When I am tempted to, I just switch to Very crazy thoughts:
I could just stay and think I am Fergie and actually try to "enter her body" and behave like she would. I only burst into laughter when I try to speak like an American😂
And I can start fantasizing The General is A President of a Nation and me the First Lady. I am addressing my counterparts in a far away land and I am practising my speech 😂
