Yesterday, a fan of Crooner Brymo reached out to him via twitter asking for help with his school fees (which isn’t new from fans by the way), and the response he got was definitely not what he was looking for.
Brymo didnt ask him for account details but told him what he thinks is the truth....I do not like that he turned down the guy's request but OMG,I kinda agree with him
Lol
ReplyDeleteYes school is not for Everyone
DeleteHmmmmmmm.
ReplyDelete"One of the finest musicians of all time"
ReplyDeleteTooting your horn Brymo
Humility in allowing your fans be the ones to tell you that is better
Yes he is. Just that nigerians dont appreciate his genre of music.(maybe because the country is too hard)
DeleteWe love gbamgbamdimdim kinda music that will make us laugh, high & forget our worries.
Iyanya was like him when he first started but had to change his genre in accordance with high demand.
I want my 2nd boo praiz to do same. Na gbamskiborobo skiboo millions dey,not calm/sensible music.
ShanzEmpire
Skiborobo is better than brymo all his melody are same same as the skirobo peeps and unlike his, theirs is danceable.

I swear dat line provoke me
DeleteOne of the finest kwa????????
ReplyDeleteYes he is
DeleteYea...for peeps that know good music.
DeleteRubbish.
DeleteYes naa school is not for everybody, if you don't have money for tuition fee then go and learn a trade. Most of the successful men in Nigeria/abroad are not graduates.
ReplyDeleteYet they employ graduates to move their trades & businesses forward! That degree is an "insurance" everyone needs
DeleteHe is actually
DeleteFinest that sings about how penises do not have shoulders.
ReplyDeleteThat song BAFFUS me😕
Lol.
DeleteLol....someone on my bbm said dropout get class. Bill Gates dropped out fom Havard not LASU so he should continue being successful in his dream.

ReplyDeleteBest reply so far. ....
ReplyDeleteLol
ReplyDeleteThis trended last week
ReplyDeleteA simple, 'sorry I can't help you', would have sufficed. Not everyone wants to be a school dropout.
ReplyDeleteAnd then, the guy himself fall hand.
So, if Brymo had paid for this session, would he keep begging to be able to put himself through school?
He should either hustle and put himself through school, or put school on hold for a while, then go back.
Brymo just needed an opportunity to toot his horn. Too bad the guy had to be it.

Thank you for saving me the epistle... You've said it all.
DeleteSo what if being a graduate is his own dream
DeleteBrymo's reply is so wrong
But he's actually one of the finest musicians in Nigeria...but you must have ear for good music to appreciate him
He's so underrated
i'm not in support of people begging on social media, especially for frivolous things. yes, things are hard but the shoe or dress u are begging for, how will it help your life?
ReplyDeletein this case the guy reached out for school fees and i think Brymo should've either ignored or found a way to verify the guy was really enrolled in school and helped in any little way. who asked him for all this story?
One of the Finest*side. Eye*and me and you know oooo*ok oo*
ReplyDeleteI under his point but it was people like him that didn't make him go to school if he didn't.
ReplyDeleteAssuming those around him weren't dumb like he is right now,he wouldn't have been a drop out.even if you can help at least encourage them, with words.
So he should be more than less to others.
Thank you brymo!we pretend.
ReplyDeleteLook at me for example. I dropped out and today I'm a multimillionaire.
ReplyDeleteVision 20/20 statement.
If being a doctor, writer, computer guru, nurse is his dream nko, what dreams will he chase again once he drops out of school? Not 100% a cool response. Simply say you can't help. Not every one wanna be an musical artist like Brymo
ReplyDeleteThat it worked for him doesn't mean it will work 4 the fan. What if his passion is stealing and school is just helping to put him in check?
ReplyDeleteOne of d finest ke who know u
ReplyDeleteRazorsharp
Dumb adviser.
ReplyDeleteSomeone that didn't go to school and suddenly jam money will never value education
ReplyDeleteHow some people shameless go about begging for money from strangers is so Fun
This might not go down well with the fan bit its the truth but he just have be blunt about it.
ReplyDeleteThat's not fair. I saw that and was disappointed in Brymo. Finest musician indeed. What if school is the guy's passion? Stella, everything you do here is against what he wrote, how come you kinda agree with him? Can't relate. He could have told the guy he won't help him. Se finis.
ReplyDeleteDid the guy tell u school isn't his calling? Dyu know if his aim is to become a doctor, lawyer or an engineer??? Dyu know if he needs education to achieve his goal? Dyu think it's everyone that wants to be a school dropout just cos u are one?
ReplyDeleteIf u didn't wanna help, u could have just ignored the tweet, instead of giving such dumb response.
I'm shocked at u Stella, what is there to agree with him in this biko.
That's the most stupid, f*cking retarded advise I've seen.
ReplyDeleteThis black ofe mmanu nobody really thinks much of himself. He should have stayed in school so that he'd probably be able to make more sebsr.

DeleteYou must be one of them, judging from your 'boli' looking fingers. Una must 'bleash'???
And who advices someone not to go to school; I disagree with Brymo 1m%. Education is the key in all aspects. There is this confidence and ease you radiate even as a shoe shiner if you are a graduate
ReplyDeleteRemind me who he is plz?
DeleteRemind me who he is again??
ReplyDeleteOur so called role models.
ReplyDeleteMisery likes company.
So, because you dropped out and are scratching for a living, you suddenly turn Guidance and Counselling guru.
The boy told you his problems are financial and you go all philosopher on him. What makes you think his scenario is same as yours? You may have been an airhead who does better with hand craft or his voice. How does this concern finances?
So, cos the boy cant afford to pay his tuition, he should just drop out and chase his 'dreams'. How do you even know his dreams?
I dont blame him. Its the govt and the system I blame. No scholarships for indigent students or anything. What makes you feel everyone's idea of success is being super rich? Or being his own boss? Is Brymo even his own boss? Wasnt he the one dragged down side up by his record label in court?
Such arrogance and hubris is funny. Pray tell, who ordained you finest musician of all time. Nobody should tell me i'm not exposed; I listen to over 23 genres of music including native American music, celtic music, bluegrass, psychedelic rock, african highlife. His music is bereft of depth and relevance. Bland pseudo-genius kind of watery music people peddle to shame hip hop lovers. Nothing fantastic or worthy of note. But his delusion of grandeur larger than the twin towers.
And Stella supports.
Smh
I love u for this
DeleteBrymo no well! one of Nigeria's finest musician kor?...some dumb individual, no wonder he was kicked outta chocolate city. See what half education has done to him, no sense at all
ReplyDelete@Anonymous 4:50. God bless you. you said it all..
ReplyDeleteBrymo should stop justifying his stupidity and shallowness in the glare of the Nigerian public.
