While you are instructing the 'Punisher' on who and how to punish, remember all those who took part of the largesse directly or indirectly, those who bought cars and houses and produced and directed meaningless movies.

Most of these roads she's referring to have been given out to contractors to fix. On the government desk it's done. Yet someone in office will make the the project file disappear. I've worked im with government institutions before and my boss will tell them 'I'd rather die than not do what I'm paid for. If you people want to inflate it on your desk, suit yourselves. But let me have enough to execute this project and pay my staff involved'. Yet many of our competitors will get these funds and not do even one thing. Very sad country.
We blame Buhari, it's not him. Jonathan's government had a lot of shady contractors like that. And that's why they're angry cos with Buhari it's not business as usual. Dare not execute a contract in this regime and see what will happen. Very very sad in Nigeria

Even though Nigerians are said to be happy people, sometimes the bullshit they face becomes too much and they just have to explode in anger like a volcano. I just wish a revolution will happen. And all the people that have vowed that Nigeria will forever remain a miserable country through their actions or inactions, DIE BY FIRE!!!!

    1. Dating superstars isn't new. Go to Dubai and see how the princes lavish on world stars. It's not new nau? Is Janet Jackson not married to one? Was JFK not dating Marylyn Monroe? It's not news. If you are rich and can afford it, by all means enjoy yourself as an ashawo man. But, don't do it to the detriment of a country. Dating superstars Na global trend. US, UK, everywhere. These babes are spoilt silly by rich men. But the citizens of these countries are sorted well and these men spend THEIR own money they work for. Not the citizens money.

I feel her anger and all Nigerians are angry but we are the ones who brought this upon ourselves. Its time we hold everyone accountable to their acts or promises made. we keep getting frustrated and more each blessed day..so very annoying abeg no rant oh you are too fine abeg that why we need to raise up and talk against all forms of evil instaed of partisan politics.

  32. Ruth, please tell your fellow Nigerians to stop throwing things out of their car window. We are all to blame for the bad drainage.

    ReplyDelete
  33. What about where there's proper drainage system but the people have blocked it with refuse? What about the community? Organising & making drainage system for the area? Yes the government is not playing their part but if you siddon dey wait make government solve everything for you, the flood will wash you away. Get more involved in your Communities & be more proactive (during Saturdays they will be begging some of you to attend meeting for where?), cda can financially task residents & put things in place that is how most things get done now.
Next time cover ya bobby so as not to distract one from the message you are trying to pass along & spell check next time, it won't kill you.

  34. This woman made a lot of sense but i am not surprised people are focused on minute issues. The dumbest of all comment is from the Anonymous who said she is short and basic. What has her appearance got to do with the topic at hand?

  35. She must stay between lekki / Ajah .

Stella if you see the flood today, you would have ubderstood .

When the rain let up at 8am , people started coming out to go to work , and little kids too ... Must had to swim through , water up to their private parts ... Dirty sewage water. When u manage that fear and get to the main road , the traffic is stand still. We were at a spot for over 2:30mins .

I just turned around and went back home . Typing this from my bed .i can't come and die for a country where nothing works . Drainage system that ought to have been sorted since 1910.

Called in late , then called jn that I couldn't make it . I'd sleep the day away . Am ashamed to be Nigerian

  38. Madam actress, I support you on the cursing part. Wicked people that will be saving money for 10th generation they will not see... Meanwhile, the ones present and alive are suffering. That is why they don't die well and their kids don't make success.

  40. When you are angry you don't spell or punctuate properly.

Her anger is justified. Nigerians have for too long accepted mediocre. Look at the condition of the hospitals, schools, roads, all infrastructure and utilities, transportation, paying wages on time, cleanliness. Nigerians need to start demanding more of their elected officials. Don't be happy because you get 12 hours of electricity, demand 24hrs a day, 7 days a week of constant service, barring interruption from an act of God. Don't thank your Governor because you got your salary this month, it is expected that your salaries be paid on time each month. Start demanding more and having high standards for the quality of life all the citizens should be experiencing in the country.
