ReplyDeleteThe difference is train/rail can travel from Abuja to Kano (Interstate) while Tram can only be within states like Abuja or Lagos.
Tram is (within)the city powered mainly by electricity and overheard cable.
At least administration are no longer whining too much about the last administration. They have embark on continuation of good projects.
Good policy continuation has always been our Government problem.
