1) a ministry won't be requesting a loan from a parastatal under it
2) d subject and body of d letter clearly states and indicates 'loan' respectively.
3) d date of d letter is after d budget had been approved therefore uncalled for, as well as offers a short response time to give a false sense of urgency i.e. May 11, while travel date is May 15
4) All federal govt accounts were centralized a while back so instead of d NBC, d letter should have been addressed to d federal ministry of finance.
'Signal' means warning signs. Therefore don't buy d bullcrap.

If you are up to speed on mainstream media it would have come to your attention that the minister has owned up to the request stating it is not an unusual practice. Mr/Mrs/Ms anonymous,who told you passing of budget means funds are immediately disbursed. This is how top ministries fleece the agencies under their supervision.For your information agencies, are still beating FG to this Remita/TSA game. Somebody did this to expose the corruption of this government, who are screaming about it all over the place with their holier than thou attitude.
