    Which one be her excellency? Is she the governor of Ogun state? Nigeria, please stop putting people who do not deserve it on a pedestal. Yes, she may have done many charitable works but she is not her excellency, because she is not the governor. Is this an official announcement by the commissioner (an employee of the state)? If it isn't, he should not use his official title because it leads the reader to believe that it is an official announcement using state funds for a very personal occasion. My 2 cents/kobo...
