    I am boiling with anger as I type this, Na Etisalat dey give me headache o. I have been trying to transfer credit from one of my Etisalat line to the other without success since wednesday and I have spoken with almost all their customer care agents and even on Twitter sef yet no solution.

     They asked me to provide serial no, Puk no, frequently dialled nos, date of SIM activation, last recharge etc just to transfer credit which I have been doing since wednesday and they are yet to resolve the ish, yet they have been stealing my credit little by little from the account. I even asked them what is the essence of SIM reg if I still need to provide all these info.
