PERMANENT CONSTIPATION
Hi Stella, l poo twice or three times in a month. Friends and family suggested fruits, vegetables and foods rich in fibre. I have tried all these and yet no improvement. Doctors and nurses in the house. Please help.

Eat weetabix day and night and look for the dieters tea. Drink lot of water,eat fruits and exercise. Most importantly, see a doctor to get your colour checked. Also you can try psyllium husk powder. It's fibre.

Alot of fluid, avoid bread or flour things rather eat more of cucumber, tiger nut, vegetables, fruits, beans and early morning water

Have u tried water melon,I do and it works,drink a lot of water cut down on carbs.some drinks too don't help.u should watch and notice what triggers it and stop taking em.

DeleteI suffered d same problem a couple of yrs ago. Mine was so bad I had to go to d hospital. I was so bloated eh, and d pimple wey dey my face no follow for this world @ all. I was pumped with drugs, both the ones to drink and the one to insert, all failed! ReplyDeleteYou either need to take a laxative, or still Continue with the fruits and vegetables and include water. Drink a full glass of warm water every morning as soon as you wake up and at night before bed(you still have to drink water during the day). Also do some excercise that includes planking and crunches(your bowel will move faster than you can handle) every morning and night.
