Breakfast Things And Lunch Suggestions...

I hope you know that Breakfast is the most important meal in the day?...Breakfast fixes the day and makes it right!

Now let me explain carefully what i am about to have for Breakfast and then you can compare yours and see who had a balanced meal and we ate for eating sake.

here goes!
Diced watermelon
White soft bread
Oat mixed with natural Joghurt and a little honey.
Omelette mixed with Veggies.
A dash of baked beans..
Coffee without Caffein.
Dark brown bread with salted butter toppings.
Baked beans
Spinach Juice.
Water.
I eat very small so all what I mentioned will be a little of everything.

So what are you eating? What meal Do you suggest for Lunch?Since tomatoes is damn expensive, why dont you try Ofe Akwu mixed with Veggies?

Or you have a better suggestion?

See you after my 'Voluptuous breakfast.

  3. Any tips for cooking moin moin in nylon so the nylon doesn't split, tear or burst? Thanks in advance.

    1. Double the nylon

    2. There's nylon specially made for moimoi,i usually use it for cooking moi moi.

      Delete
    3. Make sure the water in the pot is plenty

      Delete
    4. When buying it tell them u need nylon for moimoi, it doesn't tear or split.

      Delete
    5. Plz stop cooking moi moi in nylon,it's unhealthy.
Use aluminium foil, plastic plates with cover,e.t.c

      Delete
    6. Simply double the nylons.

Then, if you have aluminium foil, place it at the bottom of the pot before pouring in your water for cooking it.

Prevents the nylon from sticking to the pot.

If there's no foil, just double it and make sure the water doesn't dry up. Your moin moin will be fine.

I learnt that growing up, and it works for me.

    10. You have to buy the correct nylon pack for it, here in the East it is called 'santana' nylon, once you use it, it is bye bye to bursting and splitting of your moi-moi into your pot. Or you can ask those in the market okay? Good luck.

  26. So, thanks to Dunni, I learnt how to prepare 'tomatoless' stew.

With Tatashe, Shombo, Ata rodo, Ginger, Garlic, lots of Onions of course, Vegetable oil, Palm oil (optional) and of course your meat or fish, rest assured you can prepare an appetizing stew, sans tomatoes, but twice as nice, and red of course.

    Yeah, I'm speaking from experience.

Now, I can walk past those tomato sellers, like a boss!!
    * pops knuckles *

Anyway, white oats and bread of course. One of my staple weekend morning meals.

Back to making my oha soup o.
