Bishop Seun Adeoye Stages One Man Protest Against Fuel Hike...

The Bishop of Sufficient Grace and Truth Ministry, Seun Adeoye dressed in full regalia has embarked on a one man protest to register his rejection of the recent deregulation policy of the Federal Government which has jacked up the price of fuel to N145 per litre.

Hanging on himself a placard bearing the inscription “N145 per litre: This is not change but chain,” Adeoya has threatened to trek from Osogbo, the Osun capital, to Abuja to protest against the hike if the Federal Government refuses to reverse it's decision.

    5. So many kids on this blog. Nwa Amaka what regulatory bodies on food are you talking off? Do you even have an idea on what you are talking about. I just saw your comment on the Annonymous post of 25th Oct 2015 by 15:09 where you said " I guess the blog is already faceless enough...I wish that when i get married my husband will die and I will take over his properties".
Unfortunately for you now you are no longer faceless. How fast you got married between Oct 2015 and May 2016 is miraculous. Hope your "husband" knows your plans for him though.
Don't bother going to delete the comment cos I already munched it.

  17. People should keep deceiving their selves saying after 6 months price will go down. Price won't go down. And I'll tell you why

Price won't go down because official rate for naira is now

As if that isn't enough, oil importers have been told to source for dollars on their own. Whixh means they get to buy from. Black market. Black market sell at 330 to 340.. And with importers sourcing for Dollard it would go higher soon and their wouldn't be availability even in black market..

Now why will fuel reduce in price when importers buy dollars at different price everyday and never lower than the get?? Who is ready to come and buy products and loose in the market..

Even diesel that has been on a consistent price of 110 as of today at the Depot goes for 155 naira.. Something thay was sold for 140 yesterday and 130 last week.. You wonder why the price has hiked?? Well because the are now sourcing for dollars so products are now expensive..

Someone above said food stuffs are expensive because no regulatory bodies?? Really?? Aren't marketers suppose to sell as they buy?? Whether we like it or not, dollar controls our system and when ever there is an increase in dollars, things like fuel will go up, once fuel goes up, transportation goes up. This buyers transport themselves to buy this thing. And people they buy from transport themselves to buy it too. And bought it expensive for those who are the main sellers. At the end of the day, you would calculate your cost of buying and add any other calculations into it.. Then you would also consider that by the time you are done selling, prices wouldn't be the same again so you need to add price. You will also consider that buy the time you are done selling and need to buy things for yourself for the day, the things you buy wouldn't be at the same price so you have to factor all this in..

So you expect a trader to buy something at 100 naira. Then sell at 110?? Does that amount cover her transport?? If she goes back to the market again will she see it at 100 naira again or she will loose money?? When she sells 110 naira and what she usually buys for 10 naira is now 20 naira what then happens?? She looses some of her business money??

Things will keep getting worst and expensive until a miracle happens with crude oil or we have an alternative products to get forex
