    Most wives and mothers might never have time for their beauty regimen/workouts(my daughter literally bangs on my toilet door for "mommy" when I want to do my "ME" things)
    I find ways to just incorporate them ooh. These days,i wait for everyone to sleep...then I start. Pheeww!

    I'm sure a lot of wives and mothers want some time off for themselves but hardly get it...the Lord is your muscle menn! It Is not easy!

      I can relate completely Iphie, I tried using the sports equipments I have at home but my son won't just let me. His attention seeking starts just whenever I'm about to begin my workouts. Out of frustration I enrolled in a gym but can I even find time to go there? I'm just tired with this weight loss wahala jor.
