All i see is our jobless Lagos state police commissioner who should have channelled his energy into more important issue bothering Lagos state for a case of he said this, she said that, an issue which should end up at bar-beach police station or any station close to the petitioner since they both leave at the island and not (Ikeja) commissioners office.

i do not see any case here.
