    2. Congratulations my darling Sunday Oliseh (abeg make I kiss your strong ass joor).
No matter how good/ professional someone is, once the environment is not enabling, that person will not be able to perform. I am a medical doctor and I must give kudos to those working in Nigeria. I don't know how they do it.
How can you owe a coach salary and yet squander money in his presence but still expect him to perform. The players on the other hand will leave their clubs where most of them can even look their coaches in the face and become goliath once they enter Nigeria.
Big names like Ronaldo, Messi even David Beckham are still loyal to their various countries but Nigerians will always want to claim important.
The coach cannot talk to you because "you are the most decorated player", that is indiscipline, even if you are older than the coach, he is the captain of the ship. Everything is politics, NFF will be playing their own, Players will be playing their own.
That Mikel Obi plays for Chelsea doesn't mean that there are no young talents in Nigeria that are better than him (probably not in the limelight yet), if a coach decides to Bench Mikel, it is his sole decision and no one should feel superior.
NFF will challenge coaches decision, goalkeeper will challenge, players will challenge, cooks will challenge, then online voltrons will challenge and at the end of the day when it fails only the coach takes the blame.
How long will Nigeria continue with this brain drain? At the moment there is no disciplined professional that can work in this country. None. If Oliseh had remained here, he would have either killed himself or become corrupt like them. I left the country because I had the means, I saw myself almost becoming hateful to patients, no working tool, too much patients, the patients will even lie to you, no incentives etc I never smile once I enter hospital gate. That is not the dream I had, I woke up one day and ran away.
It is sad but congrats to him.

    3. Nigerians are insatiable. This guy was frustrated out of office and yet people still blame him for leaving. Anyone who has ever worked with these stupid naija bosses will know it's an impossible task

  2. As bad as it looks that he left his Nigeria coaching job but truth be told, we are all looking for a better spot. No matter how much you love your job, you will jump at a better one that triples the pay and offers you abetter career opportunity.
We would even abandon that business we are nurturing for a job with IMF or United Nations.
So that's what Oliseh did and he should not be condemned and tagged unpatriotic

    1. Don't mind them. They won't even pay him salary.
In Nigeria, you will beg for your salary. They would have turned him to become corrupt like them.
