Senate President Saraki Explains Why He Is Jumping From Court To Another And Then OAP Freeze Jumps In...

If what has been explained by Saraki is true then I am sorry to say that there is a gang up against him....Give the man fair trial please!....Why should one person scale through with the law working for him and then the next person be stuck in a rat's trap because he has allegedly stepped on toes?Arrant nonsense!...This is my two cents,if it doesnt please you, walk on by abeg!

I like How OAP Freeze rounded this up...#Respect!

    1. Every case is a peculiar one you cannot based ur decision on a previous case n yes a trial judge can overrule herself in a subsequent. E.g see the case of former CSO to Abacha. The tribunal is a court of first instance,a trial court where all the evidence are heard.the judge has the opportunity of seeing n hearing all the parties involved n der demeanour throughout the proceeding before reaching his decision. In civil cases cases u can challenge the jurisdiction the of court at the preliminary stage but after filing ur defence, the court is enjoined to hear n determine the preliminary objection first and the circumstances of the ruling determines the whether or not the matter will continue. In criminal cases u v a right to file ur No Case Submission if after hearing the prosecution's case n the defence feels no case has been made against him and the judgment determines the life of the case. Saraki cannot rely on the reason of the court in Tinubu's case when his case has not been concluded,he is at liberty for file a No Case Submission or better still conduct his defence and address the court by distinguishing his case n that of Tinubu's case n convince the court appropriately. This is not sentiment this purr law, saraki has gone to virtually all the courts with a view of stopping his prosecution why?if he did not do what he was to have done he should relax and follow thru d proceeding n be mindful that the Court of Appeal and Supreme court is their to review the judgment of the tribunal. Freeze should please relax.

    1. This made me laugh. The truth can only be hidden for so long. If he is innocent justice will prevail in the end...

  3. Aunty Stella, you only draw your conclusion on the premise of other people's opinion just because the author put together some words in a concordant tune.

Aptly, Daddy Freezer made some points in the citation or referral to Tinubu's case but truly speaking, this man is not innocent...regardless of what they call this; either witch-hunt or wizard hide and seek...these thriftless criminals should be brought to book for keeping us, hapless citizens in this present mess. In Germany and other countries, I bet you know the kind of amenities and social support given to the citizens and all we get here is impudence and an unsafe habitat. People are losing their jobs everyday and the spending power is deteriorating with the increase in the CPI....we cannot pray everyday for a solution when we worship the political class who have destroyed our nation. Do allah, anybody who has stolen should be brought to book...Christian or Muslim, Hausa, Efik, Igbo, yoruba, Anan, igbira.....Any freaking person. Hoo haaa. I rest my case o

  6. Freeze,Mr I must stay relevant by fire.Pls tell me why I should listen to a looser lie you. The only thing you have working for you is your pathetic job and all for what cos you have a diarrhoea mouth. Pele, tell your Uncle Saraki that Kuje no get AC just in case you want to sell one of your wristwatches to furnish his room for him. What I want is for thieves to pay,so f you don't like this thief for a reason and selfish interest, tell your next candidate to fish out his own thieves too and send them to Kuje. That way Nigeria will be ridden of corrupt people like you. I don't care who s witch hunting as long as they send themselves to prison in this game and put laws in place to deter thieves in future. Freeze, really, I bet you won't mind Saraki to be your next president in your dream.

  7. Saraki's jazz is beginning to work on some people like Freeze and Stella.

People, don't be fooled. Saraki knows exactly what he is doing. He knows that the game is up and now trying to erode public sympathy to escape the situation. I read the piece he wrote, but believe me, I wasn't moved at all.

People should not forget what Saraki did to embezzle depositor's money in the old Societe Generale Bank. He became the governor of Kware state afterwards and hijacked the political structure in the state courtesy of his late father. He has been milking the state dry even after he has left as a governor for the senate. The current governor is merely his puppet who gives Saraki a large chunk of the state's allocation every month. The Governor dares not disobey him, otherwise he will be impeached the following week. Evidence of the fact that Saraki is getting salary from Kwara state up till date has been presented at the ongoing CCT trial. Saraki is a rogue.

Arguing that becasue Tinubu was judged that way, then he should be let go is a kangaroo argument that doesn't hold water. If he indeed believes in the judicial system and if he will indeed live up to truly the No3 man in Nigeria, then, what he should simply do is to canvass that Tinubu be re-tried. And as for the argument that he blew the lid on subsidy, this is another bollocks.

The main point is: has he committed those crimes or not? Did he really steal money or not? The main point is not even declaration of asset - so people should really observe where all this is going.

  9. I knew Stella has been paid.

You need the cash but it is sad.

what are u talking about ?

So a thief is no longer a thief because a thief was caught and released under the same circumstances ?

    Haba stella I am disappointed.

Tinubu can be retried and jail for all I care but The seat of the Senate President t can not be occupied by a thief
