    3. Now, you all are gonna get ready to pay 150k each. Ain't nothing you gonna do about that, what are you protesting to the police station for?
I graduated from uniport in 2004 and believe me,that was when uniport was known for cultism. They were exchanging fire with policemen, finally everyone payed additional 30k (our school fees was 5k at the time). Now you all that went destroying school properties get ready to pay! You have just made the school richer.
Youths that don't have sense! How can you be destroying school properties while saying the fees you are paying is much, you that is going to challenge a policeman with GUN, do you have a personal hosp/doctor/surgeon that will take care of you. Shebi it is the same university teaching hospital you will go and submit yourself? FOOLS.
In this kind of country where people are praying that nothing takes them to hospital, that's when you all decide to do things like you kept another life somewhere. When you can get there and they won't have bed space or oxygen. How much is your life worth? Is this preventable, hell YES!

It was a very peaceful protest, they blocked east-west road waiting for the VC to address them but he denied them on air saying they aren't his students, while waiting, they hired speakers and kept dancing, no destruction of properties, to prove it military officers were parked not far from the scene of the protest and didn't interfere. Out of the blues SARS officers came and started firing guns and tear gas, students scattered but re-emerged when they heard one of theirs had been gunned down, that's when destruction of properties began. LALE must go. All they wanted was to hear their VC say the matter would be looked into and now 4 students are dead .we mourn our own.

When you finally feel your foolishness, accept the fact that common 45k to you is someone 90days salary whose son wants to be an Engineer to better their life. He who's on top has someone he's under too.

    4. 45k is high this and that,is it worth anybodys life? Is it worth destroying school properties that they will spend another money and time to fix. Is it worth all these? Truth be told, for the standard of Uniport with ACs in some classroom and modern furniture's, that amount is very ok if not small. Giving someone from the beginning of semester to exam period wich is approximately 3months to pay school fees is also very OK. Even schools in Ghana pay school fees before you get into school first of all.
This Nigerian attitude of not wanting to pay for anything especially for Education and Health is a very very wrong mentality. The guy that has been shot will now enter the hospital and transfer aggression to Doctors and nurses, when they demand that he pay for treatment. Uselessness.(if there is any word like that)
