Police Command Introduces Monthly Jogging

The Enugu State Police Command has introduced a monthly jogging and other
physical exercise for its police officers and interested members of the general public.





The state's command spokesperson, Ebere Amaraizu in a statement in Enugu on Tuesday said that the commencement of the exercise was the command’s way of promoting good health among the populace.


LMAO!!....I pray it works out,would keep all officers in top form.

    I think the d Senate should pass a law that will make it mandatory. for people to do jogging at least every week.

  7. Well needed, some officers are a sight for sore eyes. Most times I wonder how they would run if they has to chase a criminal on foot, or if there was gun battle how they would duck and roll to evade bullets. I think I am watching too many movies Lawd have mercy
