My friend was involved in an accident on her way to Bauchi. A married woman with kid fa. How she was posted to Bauchi and not Lagos (where her husband stays) we still don't know. Annoying thing is she still had to meet up with registration.What if she died?(God forbid). I still think Corp members should be allowed their choice of posting, it's too risky travelling upandan.

NYSC is the reason why they were on the road to rivers state so they are their very business! Im sure you're a NYSC official with that your stupid response. No sympathy for human life. If they had died wouldn't it be becuase of NYSC. Let your almighty NYSC make service optional then you can come back and tell me it not thier business. But for as long as NYSC mandates service every single person is thier damn RESPONSIBILITY!!

Yes the lack of empathy is pathetic but technically they don't owe you jack NOT until you've reported & properly documented. Why do you think they deploy Police, NSCDC, SSS, Army etc? It's because they're protecting people allotted to them. If you have call-up & decide to go see your sugar daddy in Ijebu & die on the road, how's that their business?
