MOTHER AND DAUGHTER LOVE

My gist na about My 2years old daughter.she suprised me yesterday. I came

back from the market so tired. My daughter  was all over me and i needed to rest. I thought of away to keep her out so that i

can have some rest. So i pretend to be sleeping. She called me severally but i didnt answer, so she opened my eyes and laughed so loud,she shouted "mami ya yai e opem oo( mummy your eye is open ooo)she did it again and said same thing and again.i noticed that  she is enjoying herself so

decided to scare her. I roared and she ran away .

 After some seconds, she came back saying "mami do it again",i

repeat it and she laughed out loud .i noticed that my trick

wasn't woking so i pretend to be crying and faked tears. She

was speechless for some minutes.then she came and sat close to my head

wiping my tear saying "mami shayi"(mummy sorry). I said "no

no no, dnt tell me shayi i want to sleep". She straight her

legs and said. "mami cam, yadan here"(mummy  come,lie down here) 
pointing at her little legs. So i drew closer to her and put my head on her laps, and pretended to be sleeping.

She start taping my back singing "a yayii- a yayii, a yayii-

a yayii.( i love you, i love you, the barney's song that i

always sing for her any time she is crying or want to sleep).  I closed my eyes so tight, after like 5minutes, she started yawning so i knew sleep was on the way, i got up, lay her properly on bed, we sang together again and she slept off.

I felt so emotional that my little daughter could show me such love. I felt tears.

Hello Stella, Good day to you. There was an Ad posted on IHN like 2weeks back and yesterday too about a Fashion house for lease in Gbagada. I was interested, decided to call the number and I found out that the place is located in d same area I stay. Well as a sharp girl, I started making underground inquiries to know the reason d owner wants to lease the place only to find out that  firstly; the landlord leased the place out this guy for only a year since last September and he hasn't even paid completely  till now, he's yet to balance.  secondly, the landlord has decided that he would serve this tenant quit notice when the one year expires this August, meanwhile this guy said he wants to lease the place for 4years to BVs o! ‎ Thirdly, this guy hasn't been using this shop since last year, he can't even take anyone to check out the place, he sends someone else instead, he's avoiding the Landlord like Plague because he is still oweing. BVs interested should be careful because this guy might just collect money for 4years and scram. I asked severally to see the landlord but he kept posting me. Thanks Stella, Have a nice day.

WHEN ROBBERS CAME CALLING!

Hi Stella. This happened to me around 4-5 am on April 2,2016. Robbers paid my house(in Abuja) a visit. They didnt break in; but they built a fishing pole using mop sticks and a piece of metal from my clothe dryer which was at the back of the house. They used the pole to drag bags and purses and other things from several apartments in the compound through windows. My sister who was here for the Easter holidays left this morning; before she left they took her handbag containing her phone, make up, Atm cards etc plus the money i gave her. This happened while she was taking her shower while i was in my bedroom sleeping. Even her bus ticket was in the bag, we had to plead with the bus line to allow her board without the ticket. 

The scariest part of this nightmare is knowing that someone around me is watching me and knows when to strike , considering the time it took whoever it is to construct the pole and all. I am about to go make a police report. I attached pictures of the pole. I thank God they did not break in to the house as i was sleeping without clothes. God is my divine protector always. I just felt like unburdening my heavy heart to you and maybe other BVs in case you choose to post it. Please BVs in Nigeria that live in bungalows or ground floors should be mindful not to leave their windows open at night unless you are sleeping in that room.
