Ex Beauty Queen Sylvia Edem Emechete Pours Encomium On Hubby On Their 10th Wedding Anniversary.

Former Miss Nigeria Sylvia Edem Emechete wrote a heart warming epistle on the man she married 10years ago and their Union is still going strong....Their 10th Anniversary was a forthnight ago...


She says...
''...It all started with an innocent phone call, a magazine publication, summer holidays in London, he was Incredibly charming, ridiculously fun to be around, very much a gentleman with an unbelievable sense of humour, there was never a dull moment spending time with him and we would talk for hours into the night and no one would want to hang up. I met someone I could not only love but love like no other. I told myself right there, when it comes to him, I'm never ever going to settle for anything less than everything.

 I wanted all of him, all the way.... Fast forward 10 amazing years with my best friend, many people wonder why I can't go through two sentences without mentioning his name, the guy fills up my hard drive, I have no room for anyone or anything else. I love everything about him like I did the first time and then some more.... He's not only shown me how possible it is to love someone unconditionally, but I have learnt that it is possible to want something extraordinary, something you've always dreamt of. 

Here's to the one and only guy I've met in this world who is far from the usual, who's extraordinary and most of all who gets me 100%. Here's to many more loving years...Happy 10yr anniversary to the love of my life..''

      Yes indeed o. She no lie at all. Be around this couple and you'd understand that people have it good in their marriage. I celebrated their 5th with them 5years ago on the yacht in docklands. And boy, it was 'exotic'.

    I remember reading how she and her husband met, on Ovation or city people, cant remember. How her older friend asked if she was dating anyone and she introduced them. Lovely how their love is still waxing strong 10yrs later.
