PEE-ING AND CLIMAXING

boy is doing fine. He's 1 year 5months now.
Please help me post this in your Doctor's section.
We have this family friend, a couple still trying to conceive. She
told my wife recently that for the past one month, she's been having
this weird feelings, anytime she urinates, she feel pleasured and
starts to moan (My first time of hearing such).
That a Doctor told her it was normal, and another one told her that
her husband may have "sucked" her clit so well that it has now grown
bigger so may be the cause (is that even possible).
She's afraid if that could be a problem as she's still TTC. Any Doc in
the house who may have an idea or anyone going through similar issue?

And after I used antibiotic I was fine again ..and I get that kinda feeling when I'm pregnant like in my first trimester

Meaning she is a friend to both of them but the wife confided in the wife prolly cos they are of the same gender and that of course will make her comfortable..the husband in turn wants to help his frnd by seeking advice(be it from SDKB or anywhere).
