STAND ALONE NARRATIVE..

WICKED BROTHER IN LAW.

Dear Stella,

Am so confused on what to do to help my sister out of this mess, don't know how to send in this. It seems prayer is not working at the moment.

My sister is married with three lovely boys, she is married for over16 to 17 years. She got married after her secondary school at the age of 19. Her husband was lovely, caring and hard working. He does not joke with my sister and also my family before they got married and even after their marriage. 

My sister got married to her husband when he was staying in face me I face you house back then, so they both started from small before the man made it big. They did not do church wedding nor court marriage but they did traditional marriage.

The problem in her family all started when my elder brother brought up the issue for him to travel outside to further his study and to hustle for his life. My in-law refuse saying that he want my brother to manage his hotel for him when he builds it. Mind you by then no hotel structure was even on ground, he was only planning to buy land and build a hotel.

After my brother travelled out, my in law turned into a beast by constant fight, beaten, violent with my sister. He stopped feeding my sister and his children, he shared the school fees for his children. He pays for the two older ones while she pays for the smallest one. She agreed for peace to reign. This man fought her to the last, she cannot sleep, no rest of mind, no feeding, no cabashig but he keeps girl friends cos she  snoops once in a while.

My mum has to come over to the state where they both live to talk to him and find out what my sister did to him. The man kept saying he cannot and will never forgive my sister over what she did to him. 

The elders from his Side and some from my side has gone to his house severally to make peace but this man refuse to tell any one what my sister did to him till date.  My sister has begged, cried, knelt down to beg him to forgive her if she did anything to him but the man refused. He does not have any reason to treat her like this.

Did I make mention that he does not eat her food nor talk to her, they do not gist,even greetings he does not respond to her greetings. He comes home late, 

if she does nor open the door on time its beating, he also beats his three kids too. The worse one was 2014 December that he beat my sister, threw her things out of the house, was chasing her and her kids  with a gun, he was shooting the gun. She ran for her life carrying her 3 years plus son on her back while running for her life. 

She came to my house the next day morning with her children cos they slept at her neighbour's house that night. The husband travelled to the village to tell my patents that the marriage was over, so my parents asked my sister to come back to the village to say her own side of story. Before you could know anything him and my sister settled and they all came back to the city. The police could not help saying it was a family issue even when the gun that was issued to him was used to threaten life.

Three months later he started again, my sister is fed up with the marriage already, she wants to end it  but the man is a violent man and has said on several occasions that he will kill her or she will run mad, that even if he kills her nobody will do anything to him if she does not leave his house. This man cannot tell why he hates my sister that he married at a very young age, the woman that stood by him when he was nothing, the woman that had three kids for him, pretty, educated and hard working woman. We all are strongly behind her to end the marriage cos we fear this man may kill her one day. She has PB already due to bad marriage.

Some days back my sister traveled to see my parents cos my dad was sick and she has some burial to attend, the man said she should not go after he told her early this year that everyone should do what he or she want to do in the marriage. After she traveled to the village, the guy moved out her things from the house to a place that only God knows. Now his is saying he is no longer interested in the marriage, my sister two is no longer interested in the marriage. We are trying to get her an accommodation But the husband is with the children and the children want to be with their mother cos the father is also wicked and harsh to them. 

The second kid is now hard cos of all his father is doing, the kids hate their father and are also in support for their parents to go their separate ways.

Please my follow bvs what can my sister do in this situation, we are not saying if she should go back to the husband o? Is there any organization or foundation that can assist her in order for her to get back her children and the husband pays for their bills? What is the procedure if she goes to the court?

Please do not mind the errors, my head Is not thinking straight and am having sleepless night over what is happening to my sister.

So he wanted your brother to slave for him for life?What a pity.I dont know about any procedure but i am sure some comments will help.
