Breakfast When Dieting....

Are you About to have Breakfast or you already did?
Are you dieting and dont know what to eat?If you have any breakfast tips for those trying to keep in shape please share.....






For breakfast I am having Oatmeal (some call it Quaker Oats) and Joghurt for breakfast...Its natural Joghurt and tasteless so i add some honey and/or Banana or apple..Depends on ones taste.

Then I am gonna round it up with Caffeine free coffee.

During the week,i made a small pot of white okro soup with Shrimps and dry fish and some beef....Its history now though..lol

So share your breakfast tips,ideas and let me go and eat with the Fam....See you soon


*If you are out there and have no breakfast to eat ,May God send you a helper.

    1. There are many variations of the spelling. There's even yoghourt and jog hours, among others.

      Some European countries call it Joghurt, hence Stellz' use of that variation.

      (Yeah, I looked it up, the first day she said, 'Joghurt '..lol).

      I'm not a fan of beans either, unless there's an accompaniment, or its turned into something else.

  7. So hubby woke up and decided he wants to eat ekuru( white moi moi and fried pepper sauce). Have to make it for him coz he is not choosy when it comes to food and doest choose a particular meal.but since he feels like ekuru today, ekuru it is. Meanwhile, it's very good for those dieting. Instead of eating it with the fried sauce, a little vegetable sauce will do. Process ( wash and blend your beans without adding any other thing, no salt, no onion, mix well to incoperate air into it, would be using Hand mixer for that. Then pack in container of choice, it can either be foil, small boils or moi moi nylons. Cook for 20 to 30 mins like moi moi. For the sauce, would be using only peppee and onions, with dried catfish, pomo and crayfish. Heat the palm oil well, fry your oil, add the pepper, your maggi, salt then add the fish, pomo et all. Let it fry well and voila. You have a lovely dish . Gonna serve hubby with hot milo...

    I wrap of fufu or santana
    A plate of oha soup with cow head, stock fish, dry fish and asorted intestine. Wash down with a bottle of coke or fanta.😀

  24. I had a smiithie already. Still gonna eat bread and scrambled eggs with coffee. Stella, seafood okro is awesome. My husbands favourite. U can adf crab meat and some other sea foods.
    For diet breakfasts,oats are good,cereals that are not sugar coated,smoothies,toasted wheat bread,oat pan cakes,etc.

  31. I'm having Special K cereal. I need to maintain my figure, it's not easy. Also need to start incorporating walking for like 1hr everyday. When I see the stuff some ppl eat in the morning, Eba and vegetable washed down with 50cl coke. It's a pity I can't eat that way. Some ppl are blessed, they can eat carbs morning, nite, day and not put on weight. I no fit try am

I tasted the most delicious lemon cake(i hope am right) ever topped with whipped cream yesterday. What i don't understand is,this chick can't cook any local dish to save her life! She has never bn out of the country either. Are there people like this? Are they who people refer to as gourmet chefs?

      So I went to my wardrobe,brought out almost all my cloths,corp and casual...and gave out. The feeling of not being able to fit into them was pure heaven.

      So I just need to keep fit,but if keeping fit will make me shed weight,no way oooh!

      Anon,long and short of my story is that if I could add weight,you sure can hun! Give it time. But don't wish for FAT.

    2. Boil chicken/turkey and set aside. Dice carrots, green peas, green pepper and fry. Add chicken water and add a bit of flour to thicken. Spice to taste. Viola!

    On 30th September, I sat for my ACCA. This was the second time I was sitting for the exam. When the result came out, I failed and decided to ask God what was wrong. During the wonder double season, I engaged vigorously. If am in Nigeria i eat everything ,i start eating from 6am till midnight ,from mama put to fufu to pounded yam to amala to goat head peppered snail to university of suya on allen yet i dont add one single weight ,Why because most Niger foods are organic ,Niger is so bless with nature ,dont just know why people add weight ,why wont they turn fat when they want to be more oyigbo than oyigbo themselve .wake up in the morning take natural ogi with akara or moimoi,lunch eat eko with better fresh okro soup ,omo Niger got lots of fresh things ,eat local rice and see if you will add weight ,not this poison called rice ,some will
