Beggar Gives Money Back 'Because It Wasn't Enough Inbox x

Is this the world's most ungrateful beggar or what?lol

A  clip has been uploaded to The UK Mirror which shows the rather surreal moment a female beggar gives money back to the person who offered it to her - apparently unhappy with the amount she received.

The woman, who is seen walking with the aid of crutch, knocks on the windows of drivers caught queuing at traffic lights.
She walks up to one car, and is offered money that is put in her cup.
But after she quickly inspects the amount she gives an unimpressed look and pours it back in the driver's lap.
The video, taken in Russia, was filmed from the dashboard of the car behind.
The woman gives a cursory  glance at what she was given before handing it back

WATCH HILARIOUS VIDEO HERE

Last year the Mirror reported on a 'supertramp' who admitted making hundreds of pounds a week by begging on the streets of London's upmarket Mayfair - even though he has a flat.
Damien Preston-Booth, 37, even used a portable bank card reader to take payments and has recently been on holidays to Ibiza, Monaco and Paris.

    1. I went into a bank days ago, and as I was leaving a young girl "accosted" me. She started to mumble something I couldn't hear. The only reason I even waited to listen was because people were taking turns to use the revolving door to exit.
She looked clean and carried a big bag. She now said I should pls give her money to go to badagry. I asked why, and I asked why she chose to enter a bank and be begging. She said her aunty was using the bank toilet. Hmmm.. so I said do u know u can get into trouble for doing this? This was me trying to discourage her by scaring her. She seemed unperturbed. As a lot of crime happens in the banking hall, people distracting customers etc.

She started to stare frantically, I was going to even give her something after drilling her with questions, but I realised that after chatting with her for close to 10mins, the so called aunty no gree comot for toilet. So I asked, do u know that this girl quickly changed her story? She said it was her uncle.. Ahahah.. I started laughing and one guy that was listening to us got angry and said, eh, u this girl again. I see u here everyday. Na so bubble take burst.

She started walking away slowly, I followed her and was lecturing her on the impending danger in her modus operandi. She cannot be more than 15 or 14. Prolly on assignment working for someone. Now they are using small girls to get attention and sympathy. Knowing no one would answer if it was an adult or a man. Na so dem go snatch money from people in the banking hall. Everyone should be alert. Bank robberies of all formats are common now, whether those with machine gun or petty thieves. This happened at the GT bank opposite st Nicholas hospital. Just saying, as u never know.

      OK bye
