DIVORCE RANT

Good Day Stella, i got married 2013 to a man of 47yrs of age while i was 28, went through a lot just to make it work. He said its over since July 31 2015 and will have to wait till July 19 2016 before i can divorce him because our first marriage was bigamy because the Decree Nissi of the first . marriage was not out before we got married in 2013. We had to remarry July 2015. Now its over between us has he said on whatzapp, he also called my aunt to tell her why its over now he said i should go get the divorce papers myself because am based in Nigeria and he is based in US... 

Need help because he believes he can get away with it by saying its over and telling me to go get a divorce  papers myself is that proper?i tried to mend whatever the problem is but his immediate families are not helping matters, now am waiting till July 19 to file for a divorce for myself... But the fact is he said its over i didn't. Went through a lot but God saw me through..... I am happy now but i need to get my fathers name back so that i can move on proper. 

So you need a Lawyer to advise you on what to do?what do you need your fathers name for again?cant you keep his?
What really caused the wahala sef?You didnt say!
