What hypocritical behavior! But...

What do you and I do or not do when no one is looking?

Think back to a time when you knew in your heart that you were doing good purely to look good in front of others. It probably felt good. But, how much more valuable it would have been to do that good thing in private and be rewarded by God in eternity instead! Jesus said in Matthew 6:1-4 deeds done for others’ approval nets exactly that — just that momentary pleasure. Today, let’s pay attention to whose pleasure we’re seeking and focus on the audience of One!

Prayer for Today

Lord, help me to not only do the right thing when all eyes are upon me but also when no one except You will see. Amen.

Dear Stella please publish this for a change to happen.thanx. I have been hearing of the horrible experience of fellow  Nigerians at d hands of our very own people at the  Nigerian embassy in the USA esp the one at Washington  dc,did not know i was soon to get d experience 1st hand. My son needed a visa to travel back to Nigeria,i went to the  site,read the process of procuring the visa and went ahead  with gathering all the documentation required including  payment of the visa fee with innovate services,because  of the urgency of the trip,i got the 85dollar money order  for expedite service for 5days instead of the regular  30dollars 10 days processing. After tracking the return envelope on the 5th without success, i started calling the phone number given on the website for  contact,countless call i made were not picked by anyone,all  the extension boxes were full such that i could not even drop  a message on the machine for anyone. I got a shocker on the 7th day when an Usman picked my  call,when i enquired on the status of the visa,he rudely told  me to call back the next day,i vented my frustration of their  not picking up their calls,and his response was that why was  i calling up and down,that after all didn't he just pick my call  after which he hung up the phone on me. Having no choice  i placed series of calls the next day,after countless trials,an  operator picked this time,a female,that they will get back to  me ma'am on that same day,by 4pm i started calling again  not having heard from them,only for same operator to pick  and say she has already told me they will get back to me  and abruptly hung up. It was until the 10th day,after praying seriously,i decided to  try again,God sent an angel in the form of a man that picked  this time,took his time searched for the package and promised  to follow it up till its processed,to cut a long story short,i finally  got the visa on the 12th day. And i ask which way Nigeria?must we always show ourselves  negatively? How do we even attract foreign investors if some of them  were to pass through this kind of dis-service to procure our visa. The people working there ,are they not paid? I rest my case. ..................................................................................................  while she struggled to live till she gave up.

To her unknown oppressors; She only tried to live bro! If u can
 read this bro, please understand she did deserve to live like 
u bro, she deserved to breathe. She deserved to become what 
she aspired to be bro. But y'all brutalized and took her life. Life
 that u cannot create bro. How do y'all sleep and wake? Has
 the life you have taken added wealth or health to you?  
Where are your consciences, where has that pride of

Affordable house to rent out.

Dear Stella,

               I love your blog and i'm an ardent blog visitor. Kindly post this in inhouse news.! We have a miniflat which we just moved out from to a bigger space because we are expecting a baby on okota road just a stone throw to cele‎ bustop. We still have rent till july and the landlord is not willing to make  refund and ask us to give it out.

The house is in a serene and gated environment, it has  two bathrooms and toilet, water and light.
